Celebrating 4 Years on Hive & my Earnings

It's been 4 years...Wow, i feel kinda old now, to be honest. This is a huge milestone for me, for many reasons which i am gonna write in this post. I will also let you know about how i got to steemit/hive, Leo as well as what exactly i earned moneywise in this journey.

4 Years Ago

The majority of you already know that story so bear with me writing it one more time. For all of you that are unaware 4 years ago, i was searching for a way to earn money online without investing a single $ to do so.

The results were disappointing as many of you know already by experience. Many scams, many ways that could give you peanuts but not something serious. Then i stumble upon steemit and the idea of getting rewarded by writing whatever you wanted to and at the same time paying 0 felt like a dream come true.

Because of the previous things i found i considered steemit as too good to be true. I had the tab opened for 2-3 months before i sign up and start writing. That's how much i was scared to fall victim of a scam.

Fast forward, i wrote many posts, interacted with many people, faced some dramas, abusers, bid bots and even left steemit for a while after been so frustrated with all the bad. I also lived through the glorious days of steemit/sbd pump and i met some people i still interact with.

When i learned about hive, i transfer everything and joined. Due to life, i was active for a couple of months only even joined Leo at some point thanks to @trumpman.

I once again decided around 3-4 ago to take it more seriously and i am quite active ever since. I regret though that i wasn't active by the time i joined Hive. Most likely, i would have double the amount of LEO i have now!

Why this is a Big Milestone for me

I am a person that doesn't take risks so this milestone reminds me of that risk i took 4 years ago and also how i got into cryptos. I discovered a whole new world that is tied to the future and i can't be happier.

Also, it reminds me the amount of time i invested in here and in cryptos in general and that makes me more excited and also makes me to want more and more, in a good way though. I want to grow my stake, buy more altcoins, be financially free, change my life and help others by doing so!

Finally, it's a great milestone because shows to me and to everyone else that cryptos are here to stay. I am 4 years in here and the main idea of steemit/hive still lives and has evolved greatly if you ask me. That's also the essence of cryptos, they are here for good and so should we!

How much i Earned

Now let's talk numbers because i know you all like that don't you? As i said i am not a risk-taker and also add to that, that i grow my stake completely organically.

That means that i haven't invested a single $ out of my pocket in order to increase my stake. Everything that i have is coming from all of you which i am grateful.

As of now, my hive wallet worths 1500$-1600$ given Hive's price which is 22-23 cents. My Leo worths around 1100$ and add another 700$ of tokens. So in total, i have assets worth 3300$-3400$

In Greece, that's equal to a low wage job of 500-550 for 6 months. In other words, it's not much, but it's something. If the prices of both leo and hive reach 1$ i will have around 8000$ worth of assets which is way better but i will still hold.

I also, during this journey had when the steemit/sbd pump was a thing around 50k worth of assets. That's a thing i regret deeply. I regret that i haven't cashed out that amount of money of at least half of it. My life would have been way different.

I only cashed around throughout these 4 years around 3k which i used in order to complete 2 of my traveling dreams, to visit New York and Beijing. I haven't regretted spending that money, not even once.

Now, i just want to accumulate more and more cryptos and simply hodl. Maybe i will cash out some if i reach over 20k worth of cryptos but we will see.

I learned a lot during these 4 years and i hope i learn way more and make better decisions in the coming ones. The only thing that is certain even if i end up doing something else, is that crypto will stay!
