Last week, we announced the creation of yet another job opening for the FreeCompliments Community. The job position was to become a curator for FreeCompliments-related content on Threads (including our mental health initiative), and to create posts with favorite Threads of the day that use the #freecompliments tag. After careful deliberation, I’ve chosen our curator!
We once again had several interested applicants who were very qualified, but I ultimately went with the applicant who had the most history with our community, Threads, and Hive as a whole. I encourage people to continue applying for positions as I open them up – I take note of all factors, and I remember names! If you’re persistent and enthusiastic enough, there’s a good chance that you can get upcoming jobs.
The Filled Job Position
Our new curator is: @stekene! Congratulations!
Initially, you’ll each be earning 10 HSBI per month, 50 staked Leo Power per month, and 10% of all created posts for this job.
For those who don’t know, our very own @anomadsoul has generously promised to delegate some Leo Power to this curation account, so this is going to help the community and its participants become bigger players within the Leo ecosystem, should they choose to participate.
A Couple More Filled Positions
This is going to come as a little bit of a surprise for some people! We’re replacing our post/comment curator. Our new post curator is @legendwushu (who has is already aware of and begun in the position) and our new comment curator will be @chm-writes! Congratulations to both of you!
The payment has already been discussed with @legendwushu, but @chm-writes will be awarded 10 HSBI per month for all comment curation (a generously prorated 2 HSBI will be given for the last couple of days of this month)! This amount will likely go up as our activity increases over time.
Conclusion
The FreeCompliments Community continues to grow and hire more people for more new jobs! It’s expanding the use case of Hive, HBD, HSBI, and now Leo as well. Let’s continue building both the community and bringing value to the Hive economy.
