Greetings friends, as you know today is the third anniversary of hive. I will soon be two years in the platform, so I was not in the first anniversary, but this one I will celebrate with you because there is always something to celebrate.
As you know, one of the things I like to do is everything related to art and crafts, so thinking about what to do to celebrate this day, I realized that no one had brought a cake and a celebration without a cake is not a celebration. So I combined the two things, my sculpting skills and the cake I wanted to bring.
The result is this, a sculpture of an anniversary cake! Join me in this nice post where I will show you how I made this cake to celebrate one more year of the platform.

Saludos amigos, como bien saben hoy se celebra el tercer aniversario de hive. Yo dentro de poco cumpliré dos años en la plataforma, así que no estuve en el primer aniversario, pero este lo voy a celebrar con ustedes porque siempre hay algo que celebrar.
Como bien saben, una de las cosas que más me gusta hacer es todo lo relacionado con el arte y las manualidades, así que pensando en qué hacer para celebrar este día, me di cuenta que nadie había traído una torta y una celebración sin torta, no es celebración. Así que combiné las dos cosas, mis habilidades con la escultura y la torta que quería traer.
El resultado es este, ¡una escultura de una torta de aniversario! Acompáñenme en este simpático post en donde les mostraré cómo hice esta torta para celebrar un año más de la plataforma.
Materials
Practically I used plasticine and as a tool a wooden stick, a blade and a brush, that's all. The base I used to simulate the wooden base of the cake is also made with plasticine.

Prácticamente usé plastilina y como herramienta un palillo de madera, una hojilla y un pincel, no hay más. La base que utilicé para simular la base de madera de la torta, también está hecha con plastilina.

Step by step
This is a big cake, so everyone can eat, so I made it in several layers. First I made the big "sponge cake" shape, I used an orange color, lightened with some yellow plasticine.

Esta es una torta grande, para que todos puedan comer, así que la hice de varias capas. Primero hice la forma grande del "bizcocho", utilicé un color naranja, aclarado con un poco de plastilina amarilla.
With the help of a blade, I cut the large piece of plasticine into three sections, then with the help of the brush I made the small holes that can be seen in each piece of sponge cake, as you can see in the image below:
Con ayuda de una hojilla, corté el trozo grande de plastilina en tres secciones, luego con ayuda del pincel hice los pequeños agujeritos que se aprecian en cada trozo de bizcocho, como pueden ver en la imagen a continuación:
I began to place one layer on top of the other, with a vinotinto plasticine tortilla between each layer. Here are some pictures of this process.
Comencé a colocar una capa encima de la otra, con una tortilla de plastilina vinotinto entre cada capa. A continuación les dejo imágenes de este proceso.

Once our cake tower was ready, with "jam" between the layers, it was time to make the topping.
For this topping I chose the color pink. I made a plasticine sphere and then flattened it with the help of a cylindrical object. With the blade I cut out the shape I would use to cover the cake.
Una vez lista nuestra torre de bizcocho, con "mermelada" entre las capas, llegó la hora de hacer la cubierta.
Para esta cubierta elegí el color rosa. Hice una esfera de plastilina y luego la aplasté con ayuda de un objeto cilíndrico. Con la hojilla corté la forma que usaría para cubrir la torta.

Try to make sure that the pink plasticine is as tight as possible around the cake tower, so that it sticks well.
It is necessary to surround it completely and cut the excess with a blade.

Hay que tratar de que la plastilina rosada quede lo más unida posible alrededor de la torre de bizcocho, para que se pegue bien.
Hay que rodearla por completo y cortar los excesos con una hojilla.

In the same way, another piece of plasticine is made, but circular, to cover the top of the cake. The plasticine should be well glued and the excess should be cut off with the blade.
De igual manera, se hace otra pieza de plastilina pero circular, para cubrir la parte superior de la torta. Se debe pegar bien la plastilina y cortar los excesos con la hojilla.

Once the cake tower is ready, with the cover included, the decorations are made. In my case I used a flattened line of palstiline of various colors and glued it around it as if it were waves.
Con la torre de bizcocho lista, con la cubierta incluirda, se le hacen los adornos. En mi caso usé una línea aplastada de palstilina de varios colores y la pegué alrededor como si fuesen ondas.

I also made something similar to candy lollipops, the number 3 and the hive logo. All these little pieces are made of plasticine and are attached with a wooden stick, so they can be fixed on the cake tower.
También hice algo parecido a pirulines de caramelo, el número 3 y el logo de hive. Todas estas pequeñas piezas son de plastilina y estan sujetas con un palillo de madera, para poder fijarlas en la torre de bizcocho.
With the help of the same wooden stick I made the holes to fix the ornaments mentioned above. I also placed some additional ornaments that I did not manage to capture, but here the imagination is the limit, you can place as many ornaments as you want.
Con ayuda del mismo palillo de madera hice los agujeros para fijar los adornos mencionados anteriormente. También coloqué unos adornos adicionales que no logré capturar, pero aquí la imaginación es el límite, ustedes pueden colocar todos los adornos que quieran.

Well, one of the things we had to do today was to do Power UP and that's what I did.
As you can see, I had a little over 1500 HP, but I was 52 short of 1600 so that was the amount selected to Power UP.

Pues bien, una de las cosas que debíamos hacer el día de hoy era hacer Power Up y eso fue lo que hice.
Como pueden ver, tenía poco más de 1500 HP, pero me faltaban 52 para los 1600 así que esa fue la cantidad seleccionada para hacer Power UP.

With this Power Up I got back to 1600 HP. Little by little I will grow my HP again, to contribute to the growth of my account and that of the Blockchain itself.
Con este Power Up volví a tener 1600 HP. Poco a poco iré haciendo crecer otra vez mi HP, para contribuir con el crecimiendo de mi cuenta y el de la propia Blockchain.
