One of the tools that can empower us to reach higher goals with little time, compared to if we did not have this tool is the debt, and although it can enhance our development, it can also hurt us a lot, it all depends on how we use it and the decisions we make according to the terms and conditions of each debt.
But something that we must always keep in mind is that using a debt is using someone else's money, and in the same way that if we lend money to someone and that person buys something, the money used was not that person's money, it was our money, and at the end of the day, the one who would lose money would be us.
This is the reason why an interest is demanded on the money lent and there are laws that protect those who lend money, since they are the ones who have more risk of losing it by some decision of the person to whom they lent the money.
Within these laws we have that in the case of large loans such as mortgages or car loans, you could lose the entire property if you do not comply with the repayment of the money lent, since the house or car is not really ours until we do not pay the debt in full, but of the person or entity that lent us the money so that we could acquire that product.
But there is also the case of credit cards, in which we do not necessarily lose the property in full, but we begin to have a kind of bad reputation among people who lend money, and that is known as low credit score, which means that the person is not someone who can be trusted to lend money.
The reason is simple, if someone has borrowed money from a colleague of mine and has not paid him back, it is possible that if he borrows from me, he will not pay me back either, so it would no longer be one person who has lost money (who lent him money), but 2 people if I make him a loan, and a good way to see if we can trust or not is through the credit score.
In life it is not necessary to have a high credit score to get things, we just need to pay everything with liquid money, but this may mean needing high sums of money that we may not have at the moment, although if we have them, there is no need to worry at all.

Una de las herramientas que nos puede potenciar para llegar a objetivos más altos con poco tiempo, en comparación con si no tuviéramos es herramienta es la deuda, y aunque puede potenciar nuestro desarrollo, también puede perjudicarnos mucho, todo depende de cómo lo usemos y las decisiones que tomemos de acuerdo a los términos y condiciones de cada deuda.
Pero algo que siempre debemos tener en cuenta es que usar una deuda es usar dinero de otra persona, y de la misma manera en que si nosotros prestamos dinero a alguien y esa persona compra algo, el dinero que uso no fue dinero de esa persona, sino que fue dinero de nosotros, y al final del día, quien perdería dinero seriamos nosotros.
Esta es la razón por la que se exige un interés sobre el dinero prestado y existen leyes que protegen a quienes prestan dinero, ya que son los que tienen más riesgo de perderlo por alguna decisión de la persona a quien le prestaron el dinero.
Dentro de estas leyes tenemos que en el caso de préstamos grandes como las hipotecas o prestamos de carro, se podría perder la totalidad del bien si no se cumple con la devolución del dinero prestado, ya que realmente la casa o carro no es de nosotros hasta que no pagamos la deuda en la totalidad, sino de la persona o entidad que nos prestó el dinero para que nosotros pudiéramos adquirir aquel producto.
Pero también existe el caso de las tarjetas de crédito, en las que no necesariamente perdemos el bien en la totalidad, sino que comenzamos a tener una especie de mala fama entre las personas que prestan dinero, y que se le conoce como bajo puntaje crediticio, que significa que la persona no es alguien en quien se pueda confiar para prestar dinero.
La razón es simple, si alguien le ha pedido prestado dinero a un compañero mío y no se lo ha pagado, es posible que si me pide prestado a mí, tampoco me lo pague, por lo que ya no sería una sola persona quien ha perdido dinero (quien le presto dinero), sino 2 personas si yo le hago un préstamo, y una buena manera de ver si podemos confiar o no es a través del puntaje crediticio.
En la vida no es necesario tener un alto puntaje crediticio para conseguir las cosas, solo debemos pagar todo con dinero líquido, pero esto puede significar necesitar altas sumas de dinero que tal vez no tengamos en el instante, aunque si las tenemos, no hay que preocuparse en los absoluto.
