It's a new work week and our family is hitting the ground running. Today is my final day to study before taking the license exam for my new job.
I did order new glasses (finally) and will be picking them up today. It'll be a big relief to be able to see clearly again as this prescription is over 5 years old (wow!).
But what I'm most grateful for today is that it's sunshiney outside. It's been cold and overcast these past few days, but the snow is melting and the sun is shining. The birds are beginning to sing again - all signs that spring is coming!
The bright sunshine was shining in my face. I had to squint just to keep my eyes open! I hear that sun-gazing is a thing. Maybe a little bit of sun gazing may RECHARGE my week.
All the snow and dampness is gone and it feels cold and crisp outside. And very very bright. The sun will continue to increase it's warmth as we draw closer and closer to the spring equinox.
If all goes well, I will be a sales academy (in Minneapolis) during the equinox, so when I return to my family, it will be officially "spring".
