Saving is very sessional for our future. It should be a part of our to do list and we should work towards same on regulars basis. My parents teaches me about the saving form my childhood and that the reason they give a
Gullak or Peggy bank so that I can put some money in it so that we can use the same if have any financial support in future. We were not getting any fixed pockets money but when some one visit our home or we visit our relatives as a gesture they use to give us some money. That was all our pocket money that time.
Saving is spearing some money and keeping it aside so that we can use it in time when we have any financial crisis or urgent t need. So keeping that saving in some place like home locker serve one main purpose but its more good if we store it in some place where it server the basic purpose and also provide some passive income also. In this way it serves the dual purpose, safety as well as the source of earning.
If we talk about the cryptocurrency world then we find a number of options where we can deposit our saving and in return can get the passive income. In crypto world such returns calculate on yearly basis and use the term Annual Percentage Rate( APR). I am not an expert and please do not take it as a financial advice, but to my opinion the Hive Backed Dollar (HBD) Saving is one of the best option available in the market. The is one of the most rewarding option which offers the 20% APR. The HBD is stable coin so the price do not effect much because of the market volatility. Any way you will always get Hive equals to the one USD when converting the HBD into Hive. When the Hive price are low you will get the more Hive and when the Hive price is up you will get less Hive but the value will be equals to the 1 USD.
My HBD Saving Progress
From past two years, I am accumulating the HBD in saving. I've set a personal goal to accumulate 2K Hive Backed Dollar (HBD) in savings by year-end. For the current year eight months only left. Last year I have added more then 1k HBD in saving and this year also every month I reinvesting all the interest I received form the HBD back into the saving. Till now the total HBD accumulated are 1366. Today also claimed the saving rewards and added 38 HBD to saving. I was late for claiming so the amount received was more then the monthly rewards I usually get.
I was near to 1500 mark so decided to add some more HBD to make it 1500 so added 33 more HBD in saving.
With almost 71HBD added today and the current HBD in saving are slightly more then1500. At present reinvesting the HBD rewards form saving is the main source to increase the saving stake as I do not have plans to purchase HBD from market. I missed the target last year but this year I am confident that I will hit the 2000 milestone. I have to add 500 more HBD to achieve the goals and with 8 months in hand I have to target 62.5 HBD per month. Approximately 25 HBD I will received as regards form saving itself. Currently, I have over 350HBD available in liquid form.
Conclusion
Currently, I already have over 1,5K HBD saved up, which is earning me a awesome 20% Annual Percentage Rate ( APR) , that means approximately 25 HBD I ma earning every month which are very encouraging numbers in my opinion. Still my very first goal is to achieve the Dolphin status this year and I am sticking to same. I am close to the required Hive Power to achieve the status.
