Our position and interest in work, we can't always hold on equally because it is not always possible to pay equal attention to all tasks, which sometimes leads to some mistakes in our work. In fact, I consider it normal all the time, because when it comes to work, there may be some problems and some mistakes.
But the problem is, does everyone admit mistakes and take things in stride? Does everyone’s mindset always work right and learn to be wrong and try new ways?
These are very common questions, because people will make mistakes. This is normal but unusual only when they do not try to learn from those mistakes. When people do not admit mistakes and try to correct mistakes. But why does everyone do this, the question may be? Attitudes say it only happens because of ego. They hold on to their ego and refuse to acknowledge the mistake.
As a result, two problems are newly created, the first is that he cannot come out of the mistake and change his position. Because until the mistake is admitted, he is in the middle of the mistake and he is not interested in knowing the right one. So turning out to be wrong creates an opportunity to know the right thing. And by denying the second mistake he creates a negative position of his own in front of everyone, as a result of which no one will give him a chance for something better in the future.
Then our position will be worse than before and we will move away from something good in the future. This is really very sad, because we are complicating the simple and normal thing only because of our wrong mentality.
Think about it, check your position, how much what you are doing is going well for you and how much it is affecting your future? If we check our position, we can easily understand how our mindset works in this case and we move away from good results.
So, mistakes can be made and you have to create the mentality of acknowledging them. We have to accept the mistake and bring the right thing to the fore. Only then will we have the opportunity to move forward properly and do something good.
