Hola a todos, espero pasen un feliz día. Hoy vengo a traerles mi participación al concurso de arte que propone @splinterlands,un nuevo dibujo que me reta en el aprendizaje de la ilustración. Para esta ocasión he decidido realizar a Frost Lion. Un pequeño León en mi versión al estilo chibi, ejemplar de su especie, estos valientes pero resistentes amigos son los reyes de la vasta llanura helada. Gracias a las altas temperaturas su metabolismo es muy lento por lo que cuando no hay mucho alimento no hay mucho de que preocuparse.

Hello everyone, I hope you have a happy day. Today I come to bring you my participation to the art contest proposed by @splinterlands, a new drawing that challenges me in learning illustration. For this occasion I have decided to make Frost Lion. A small Lion in my version in chibi style, exemplary of its species, these brave but resistant friends are the kings of the vast frozen plain. Thanks to the high temperatures their metabolism is very slow so when there is not much food there is not much to worry about.

Estos amigos son fuertes, agiles y valientes, por lo que otras especies les temen. El cachorro de León de hielo no tiene picos de hielo como los adultos ya que estos deben crecer mas para adquirir eso. Los colores que lleva este dibujo resaltan entre azules y blanco, por lo que fue todo un desafío para mi jugar con estos colores para que cada parte del dibujo este definida y muy resaltante.

These friends are strong, agile and brave, which is why other species fear them. The Ice Lion cub doesn't have ice beaks like the adults because they have to grow more to acquire that. The colors of this drawing stand out between blue and white, so it was a challenge for me to play with these colors so that each part of the drawing is defined and very prominent.
