Hello, friends, community, and food lovers today I am posting this recipe for @qurator hive's top chef-theme mushrooms.
This is with available ingredients, easy and quick to make a delicious recipe I can say fast food.
It wasn't planned to make a post of this recipe. After cutting vegetables I thought it was easy and not so much work so Started taking photos after the vegetables were chopped and I didn't have any extra vegetables to put on the table to take photos.
Here are the ingredients:
2 small carrots chopped
1 small onion
1 green paprika
1 spring onion
1 tbsp. ginger garlic paste
1 tbsp. chopped fresh coriander
1 cube of vegetable bullion
1 slice of frozen lemon
4 medium-sized champignon
1 tomato
1 potato
1 tsp salt and 1 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp. olive oil
1.5 cups couscous.
Chopped all vegetables in slices or cubes.
Put all vegetables ginger garlic paste and add water up to vegetable levels.
Add bullion.
Start cooking it on medium heat.
Meanwhile, wash and soak couscous just sprinkling 1/2 cup of water on it.
When vegetables turn soft. Add salt and pepper.
dd soaked couscous in the cooked vegetables.
Stir well cover and cook for about 5 minutes on low heat.
After the couscous soaks up all water add 1 tbsp. olive oil.
The couscous with vegetables is ready.
Additionally, I made some salad from leftover vegetables.

1 tomato
1/4 red paprika
slice of apple
2 small carrots. 1
1 spring onion stalk.
1 lemon slice
Cut all vegetables in different shapes and sizes.
Organized them so they can look better.
