What a beautiful Thursday to my friends on this platform!
I wish to share some experiences I encountered and how I fortunately discovered a way out after several deliberate efforts.

Now, a quick question: have you woken up one morning and suddenly feel lazy to do anything; all the plans for that day shattered? Okay, let me say it this way, has something occurred to you early in the morning and suddenly it changes all your plans for that day? These could be a news received from a loved one or television et al, also, it could be an action you took immediately you got up from the bed and it totally changes your mood for the day, then all of the sudden, your planned day could get messed up and make you end up looking like an unkempt person who doesn't think about the future. Don’t worry, you are not alone. I’ve actually being there but I do not know the degree of hurts it caused you. Here are the actions I took to achieve my plans for the day irrespective of the circumstances I faced that day:
- PRAY
This point can never be over emphasized as long as we are living in this turbulent world. One thing I believe so well is that once you dedicate your day to your creator, your day is in shape. You will become more focus on that day because you are able to deliberately start the day with Him. Being this conscious indicates a sign of responsibility and indirectly you will be able to follow the agenda for the day.
- EXERCISE
If you have a routine of waking up, have a morning prayer, then exercise yourself, MHEN! Your body chemistry becomes alert to kickstart the day. If you research on the benefits of exercise, you will agree with me that your nerves and whole being become active. Saying from experience, I can’t come back from gym and feel sleepy again. NO! Once I follow these agenda daily, I become acquainted to being alert to achieve my day’s plan.
- DRESS YOUR BED
I learnt this activity from a speech of a noble navy seal officer which I quote: “if you want to have a day, start up by laying your bed.” For me, this statement may not really be bed per say. If could doing the most important thing first. You know bed is the first thing you feel once you wake up, because you are lying on it. So that you won’t spoil you day, start will what is most important to do before doing the frivolities. Else, you’ll end your day with regrets.
I hope with these few points I have been able to awaken the might something within you that you can start and end your day successfully with all your plans achieved.
