I love painting portraits of women.
My femininity wants to be expressed, to be seen — and I find a way to give it voice through these portraits.
The forest, to me, is a symbol of the inner world, a maze of the soul. A place where reality meets what’s hidden and unspoken.
This painting was born from a brief but moving encounter. One day, while walking through Kraków, I noticed a girl sitting on a bench. She seemed lost in thought. I wondered — what is she thinking about? What does her inner world look like?
That’s what I wanted to capture — and this is how this portrait came to life. Today, I’m happy to share it with you.
