Greetings dear friends of Amazing Drinks. Today I bring you the preparation of my first smoothie in this community. I tell you that last Sunday, February 16, I had to work and that day a co-worker surprised us with a bag full of apple camburano, by the way, one of my favorites. This cambur is characterized for being small and somewhat chubby. I hadn't had breakfast that morning, so I ate several servings of potassium. Talking about the combinations that could be made with the cambur, I remembered one that my mother used to prepare, strawberry, cambur, milk and a touch of condensed milk.
After finishing my work day, I went to the supermarket to buy strawberries and condensed milk. I had to try again that smoothie loaded with vitamin C from the strawberries and potassium from the cambur. The result exceeded my expectations, a creamy and very tasty drink. When I use cambur or banana in drinks, I make sure to taste it before adding sugar. In this drink I only added a tablespoon, for me it was enough. With the amount of ingredients I present in this recipe, you get two glasses of this delicious smoothie. Drink for two people.
Ingredients
- 7 strawberries or 140 grs
- 2 camburs apple trees
- 3 tablespoons powdered milk
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- Condensed milk to taste
- A splash of white vinegar
- Water, the measure of a glass
Preparation
1.-. Wash the strawberries well and disinfect them for 10 minutes by placing them in water with a splash of white vinegar.
2.- Remove the skin from the camburs, cut them into pieces and add them to the blender.
3.- Wash the disinfected strawberries and cut them into small pieces.
4.- Add the remaining ingredients to the blender, strawberries, water and powdered milk. Blend for 10 seconds, then add the sugar, one tablespoon and blend again.
5.- Finally, add condensed milk to taste. Delicious, enjoy this delicious smoothie.

Saludos estimados amigos de Amazing Drinks. Hoy les traigo la preparación de mi primer smoothie en esta comunidad. Les cuento que el pasado domingo 16 de febrero tuve que trabajar y ese día un compañero de trabajo nos sorprendió con un saco repleto de cambur manzano, por cierto, uno de mis favoritos. Este cambur se caracteriza por ser pequeño y algo gordito. Esa mañana no había desayunado, así que me comí varias porciones de potasio. Conversando sobre las combinaciones que se podían hacer con el cambur, recordé una que mi madre preparaba, fresa, cambur, leche y un toque de leche condensada.
Después de culminar mi jornada laboral, fui al supermercado para comprar las fresas y la leche condensada. Tenía que volver a probar ese smoothie cargado de vitamina C por la fresa y de potasio por el cambur. El resultado superó mis expectativas, una bebida cremosa y muy sabrosa. Cuando uso cambur o banana en las bebidas, me aseguro de probarla antes de añadir azúcar. En esta bebida solo agregué una cucharada, para mí fue suficiente. Con la cantidad de ingredientes que presento en esta receta, se obtienen dos vasos de este delicioso smoothie. Bebida para dos personas.
Ingredientes
- 7 fresas ó 140 grs
- 2 cambures manzanos
- 3 cucharadas de leche en polvo
- 1 cucharada de azúcar
- Leche condensada al gusto
- Un chorrito de vinagre blanco
- Agua, la medida de un vaso
Preparación
1.-. Lavamos bien las fresas y las desinfectamos por 10 minutos colocándolas en agua con un chorrito de vinagre blanco.
2.- Retiramos la piel de los cambures, los cortamos en trozos y los agregamos a la licuadora.
3.- Lavamos las fresas que hemos desinfectado y las cortamos en trocitos.
4.- Agregamos los demás ingredientes a la licuadora, las fresas, el agua y la leche en polvo. Licuamos por 10 segundos, luego añadimos el azúcar, una cucharada y volvemos a licuar.
5.- Por último, le agregamos la leche condensada al gusto. Deliciosa, a disfrutar de este delicioso smoothie.
