What is Crew3?
Crew3 is basically made for web3 communities to Grow by completing Tasks and earning rewards built on different Blockchains like Leofinance on Hive which is bringing Gamification into Leofinance through Crew3. I've already tried and tested it.
After some weeks of having Great experience with Crew3. Now sharing how it works and boosting user engagement or interesting facts about it ahead in this blog, So Let's began.
How Crew3 Works or function?
It's just too Simple like in any Game there's some "Missions" to level up and earn Points.
So, by doing tasks we earn points and go up in leader.
All We need is to connect with discord and join community like "Leofinance" where we'll see "Quests" with points "XP" for particular Rewards.
As of now there's 10k $LEO and 100k Leo Delegations Prizes for this ongoing contest ending in 3 days which is for only "Kitten, Those who have 1k LP".
How it is Boosting User Engagement
Doing Quests is too fun since it gives you some idea what you should do on Hive when you're running out of ideas.
A Quest as simple yet engaging on hive Blockchain like saying "GM" on Leothreads.
As you can see by doing this quest we Get "1" XP and this is daily task so we can do once in a day.

I joined Community Token talk (CTT) podcast few hours ago where special Guests and hosts like @Speak3, @khal and Theycallmeden and community members were speaking and listening to some discussions on hive or crypto Related topics.
While listening I've spent Good time knowing some interesting things happening in crypto space or hive and during the time everyone engaged a lot, did so many interactions with hivers and i made many Threads.
In just a Thread we saw a storm of comments (398) total and tons of other Threads by own will.
From saying GM to listening a podcast these Quests are Fun.
Discovered New Communities
New Quests almost everyday is to keep it more interesting and fun. These Quests introduced me to some communities I've never heard or knew about exist in Hive.
Through simple Quests like welcoming I Got to know about communities Like Poets on Blockchain or more.
Got to know about them and found some hivers in those communities all cuz of quests encouraged to engage.
Leaderboard
It's been more than a week doing Quests on regular basis and everyone is actively trying to get on top of Leaderboard.
Each quest is being judged and everyone is playing Fairly and equal distribution of points which is real beauty of it.
Still 3 Days are left and tables will be flipped anytime.
Leothreads Becoming a Hub of Engagement
Ever since launch of Project Blank Leofinance turned into Something special like it's a Place that never sleep.
Numbers are gone up and Threads on daily basis is increasing, hivers are getting to enjoy microblogging and Freedom more than on Web2.
These kind of Activities Like #Crew3 encourages everyone who feel shy or hesitate in the beginning to engage and so far everyone is having fun with no abuse nor theirs any chance for it.
So, Healthy competition and activities gives an excuse and that turns into habit eventually which is something Crew3 Good at.
