Technically we always blame government but sometimes it's just people causing that pollution and I've seen it happening almost everyday
It's like people contribute to this cause while knowing the consequences they might have to face in life.
Pollution is only caused Intentionally
It's not that you don't have any idea while you're throwing waste outside the bin, burning plastic in the ground or any other ways that pollute the environment is being done by the people intentionally
You can't blame on the government because it's you throwing a trash bag in the abandoned plot or area
It's always like oh the bin is too far away I'ma just drop it down right here and they'll pick it up
Leaving your own responsibility for someone else is like giving your child to someone else and expect them to take care of shit that kids gonna do.
Education is important
There's a big difference in education like kids should be taught from the beginning to throw trash in the bin, to not pollute your surroundings
Like start it from your own home, take your responsibility
Guide that kid to make his own bed, set room instead of throwing things wherever they want in the room set it up properly
I've seen those who can keep their own room will act like whole different and better person outside or anywhere else than compared to the other person who loves a messy room and won't clean it properly Everytime they woke up.
Cleaning things up isn't embarrassing
There's some people I've seen in life who act so strange like when you tell them to clean something they'll be so embarrassed about that
Like they think cleaning up something hurts their ego and doesn't have to be them doing it since it's lowlife act or something.
What else could be worse than the people saying "oh you're doing your chores, how it's like to do woman job?"
And these people are mostly married and are likely going to raise kids.
Insane how some of these people will teach their kids to not clean anything cause "oh you shouldn't be doing such a lowlife thing" leave that for someone else.
Also in the Neighborhood
So in our neighborhoods everyday or two they come and take wastage out of neighborhood so all we need to do is leave that garbage in a bag outside home or that trashbin

They'll come and take your trash but when at the end of the month
They ask for the payment most people who's doors get knocked won't even come out
Like imagine not paying 1$ for a whole month trash for keeping neighbourhood clean which is cheap but the mentality of people is they want everything to be done for free.
Wrapping Up...
In the end everyone is somehow contributing to the pollution and way less people are working on bringing the real changes that makes environment better.
