This time it was totally different than both other times. It has been about 4 weeks since the last one, because I simply forgot to do it last week.
This time, I fasted the morning of 11/10 and took the recipe that evening and lay down at 10:15 and had only a small bowel movement...before I went to sleep till 6am 11/11, when I took the 1 tbsp of Epsom Salt with 8 oz water and then again at 8am. Even then, not much came out.
Around 10am I did a coffee enema to make sure that I was completely cleansed in my bowel. The enema produced only black gall sand.
And then I actually went out to a gathering for an hour - which I could never have done the previous 2 times.
I ate some crap at the gathering - a cookie and a cup of coffee - because the diet says I "can eat anything I want after 10am on Day 2"
The evening of 11/11, these Gallstones came out. And that was it - so I thought it was over. I began eating a stew that I had made which contains chicken and squash and quinoa. I was so hungry.
Today, 11/12 was the day most came out (this is Day 3).
There seem to be a few types of stones. the first kind from the first time were all bright green and squishy.
The 2nd kind from last time had a lot that "popped" having an olive green shell with dust inside.
The 3rd kind this time seem to be bright green and squishy inside a hard calcified olive green shell -
They are a lot of olive green stones, small and medium sized and then there are those 2 big ones that have a white covering. Plus there is also the sand, which this time is only green in the last 2 days but the first day was black.
I do feel better - cleaner.
But am I ready to give up the SAD diet?
Standard American Diet - the culprit.
Meat meat meat. Wheat wheat wheat. Sugar. Oil.
vs. fruits and vegetables, wild-caught fish...
borrrring. I am addicted to the SAD.

What was different about this time?
I ate a strict vegan diet for most of the 4 weeks in between flushes to "give my liver a rest".

But at the end of the last week I ate a lot of cheese and some sausage, and a little bit of bread. For 3 weeks I did not eat any and then the last week or so I got a lot of soft goat cheese as a gift and I could not keep my hands off of it.
Another thing I did also was that I did some energy work releasing heavy emotions against my parents. Immediately after that, I had no more heartburn. This continues to be true. And I have not been breaking out on my forehead or nose either.

In addition I have also been talking to and hugging Trees lately and connecting to Nature - talking to trees and plants and talking to Nature when I go for walks. Milk weed and I had a conversation and I had a talk with a Great Blue Heron.
