Hello everyone! It's another opportunity to participate in this wonderful contest of drawing a forest healer. First of all, a forest is known for its calming atmosphere, coupled with fresh air with so much benefits of being surrounded by greenery. As I was exploring #Holozing community this morning, I came across Holozing Healers Contest which decided to participate with a female forest Healer
I came to understand that a lot of people using digital painting but since I didn't have a device for that or know how to use laptop to draw, I've to draw it with pencil. I can't let that stop me or give me a reason for not participating
The process for drawing a female forest healer.
It's imperative let you know the process especially using pencil drawing. I made use of * A4 paper
- HP pencil * Eraser * Sharpener
- Ruler. So I started my drawing from the head to have the hair and the face perfectly, and I tried to make look realistic
I first of all sketch it as well so after sketching was done, launched into the drawing the body, beautiful enough I got the perfect shape which I wanted then I started shading and painting her dress with black using poster color and a touch of green on her dress too. Since she belongs to the forest, I have to paint the background with green with a crown that has a design of green leaves.
Wow! Though the poster color couldn't give me what I wanted but I've tried and you can't compare digital with drawing but here is the finishing i hope you like it?
