Saludos a todos, espero se encuentren muy bien, hoy comparto con ustedes un tutorial para realizar una brazalete en la técnica macramé con el personaje de la carta Meriput Magician, para el Splinterlands Art Contest Week 289, el personaje de esta carta me gustó mucho porque usa su magia para curar a sus parientes y preservar la comida de su colonia, esto me parece muy noble. Espero les guste.

Greetings to all, I hope you are well, today I share with you a tutorial to make a bracelet in the macramé technique with the character of the card Meriput Magician, for the Splinterlands Art Contest Week 289, I really liked the character of this card because He uses his magic to heal his relatives and preserve the food of his colony, this seems very noble to me. I hope you like it.

Materiales / Materials

• Hilo acrílico de 1mm de espesor: amarillo, ocre, naranja, azul celeste, azul turquesa, blanco, negro, gris oscuro, gris claro, rosado, rosado claro, verde oscuro, verde claro, marrón.
• Tabla con clip
• Tijera
• Regla de 30 cm
• Patrón

• 1mm thick acrylic yarn: yellow, ocher, orange, light blue, turquoise blue, white, black, dark gray, light gray, pink, light pink, dark green, light green, brown.
• Clip board
• Scissors
• 30 cm ruler
• Pattern

Proceso / Process

Para la elaboración de este brazalete hice primero el patrón, para esto usé la aplicación Pixel Station la cual me permite pintar cuadro por cuadro, el patrón se debe leer en vertical pero lo comparto en horizontal para que puedan apreciar la figura, consta de 24 columnas de cuadros, esto quiere decir que se necesitan 24 hilos guía, tiene 74 filas de cuadros es decir que se harán 74 hileras de nudos.

To make this bracelet I first made the pattern, for this I used the Pixel Station application which allows me to paint frame by frame, the pattern must be read vertically but I share it horizontally so you can appreciate the figure, it consists of 24 columns of squares, this means that 24 guide threads are needed, it has 74 rows of squares, meaning that 74 rows of knots will be made.

Con hilo amarillo cortar 10 hebras de 60cm y 2 hebras de 70cm. Sujetar las hebras por la mitad con el clip de la tabla colocando las hebras más largas en los bordes. Con las hebras largas hacer 20 nudos planos para envolver las hebras del centro, los nudos planos se hacen intercalando el budo en forma de 4 y el nudo en forma de P, pueden apreciar esto en la imágenes.

With yellow thread cut 10 strands of 60cm and 2 strands of 70cm. Hold the strands in half with the board clip, placing the longer strands on the edges. With the long strands, make 20 flat knots to wrap the center strands, the flat knots are made by alternating the 4-shaped budo and the P-shaped knot, you can see this in the images.

Doblar en forma de U y sujetar en la tabla, de este modo se obtienen los 24 hilos guía, agregar el hilo anudador amarillo y comenzar a hacer dos hileras de nudos de este color de fondo, cada nudo envuelve dos veces cada uno de los hilos guía de izquierda a derecha y luego de derecha a izquierda en la siguiente hileras y así sucesivamente, los hilos anudadores de van agregando y se cruzan por detrás cuando hay un cambio de color en la siguientes hileras.

Fold in a U shape and hold on the board, in this way you obtain the 24 guide threads, add the yellow knotting thread and begin to make two rows of knots of this background color, each knot wraps each of the threads twice guide from left to right and then from right to left in the next row and so on, the knotting threads are added and crossed behind when there is a color change in the following rows.

Al finalizar el primer motivo se hacen nuevamente dos hileras de nudos solo con el color de fondo y comenzar la figura del rostro siguiendo como siempre el orden del patrón donde cada cuadro representa un nudo.

At the end of the first motif, two rows of knots are made again with only the background color and the figure of the face begins, following as always the order of the pattern where each square represents a knot.

Al finalizar el rostro se hace entonces la figura del báculo mágico del personaje, al finalizar las 74 hileras agrupar los hilos en dos partes y se hace una trenza en cada lado.

At the end of the face, the figure of the character’s magic staff is then made. At the end of the 74 rows, group the threads into two parts and make a braid on each side.

Resultado / Result
