Hola que tal mi gente de #hive y #swc espero se encuentren muy bien. En esta oportunidad quiero compartir con ustedes una rutina de empuje para trabajar la fuerza en nuestros deltoides (hombros). Focalizando el trabajo en esta área podremos desarrollar la fuerza necesaria que luego será transferida a otros elementos como la plancha o las paradas de manos. También dará un aspecto estético a nuestro cuerpo, que es lo que muchos quieren. Pero hey, es nivel avanzado, para poder realizarla debes tener cierto control corporal y fuerza. Sin mas que agregar mi gente, vamos con el contenido.
Hello how are you my people from #hive and #swc I hope you are very well. This time I want to share with you a push routine to work strength in our deltoids (shoulders). By focusing the work in this area we can develop the necessary strength that will later be transferred to other elements such as the plank or the handstands. It will also give our body an aesthetic appearance, which is what many want. But hey, it's advanced level, in order to perform it you must have some body control and strength. El deltoides es un músculo grueso y triangular del hombro. Denominado así por su forma parecida a la letra griega “delta” (Δ).
El deltoides posee tres porciones funcional y anatómicamente distintas. La porción media o central, es la más extensa y fuerte. Es un músculo multipeniforme. Surge como cuatro tabiques intramusculares, que se interdigitan con los 3 tendones del sitio de inserción (uno para cada porción anterior, posterior y media). Los cuatro tabiques están conectados por fibras musculares cortas y fuertes.
Las porciones anterior y posterior son ambas unipeniformes y convergen directamente en el tendón de inserción.
The deltoid is a thick, triangular muscle of the shoulder. Named for its shape similar to the Greek letter “delta” (Δ).
The deltoid has three functionally and anatomically distinct portions. The middle or central portion is the largest and strongest. It is a multipenny muscle. It arises as four intramuscular septa, which interdigitate with the 3 tendons at the insertion site (one for each anterior, posterior, and middle portion). The four septa are connected by short, strong muscle fibers.
The anterior and posterior portions are both uniform and converge directly on the tendon insertion.

Sin más que agregar, espero les haya gustado el post y la rutina también. Queda de más recordar que antes de cada entrenamiento es imprescindible realizar un calentamiento de unos 20 minutos como mínimo, ya que así rendiremos aún más en cada entrenamiento. Nos vemos en un próximo post.
