Gracious day hivers 😊. How's your day? I hope it's okay. Cause mine are not, kidding. Today I want to share my first day experience as a freshmen college student in CTU. They all right, being a college students needed to be brave specially if your a first year but not only the freshmen but also all the years in college, but have different level of pressure. Though we know what's life we may face as a college students but I didn't expect it was that hard. This day I want to tell you all how it feels like, for those students who are still in high school, it's an motivation not to scared you . So, are you all ready? Come and let's read it together. Will as always my brother are the one who assign to drove me going to CTU since my mother didn't allow me to use our motorcycle on my own. But maybe soon, kidding. While we still at the road I always tell to myself that I can do this, I can face what reality is. Cause as you know all guys I don't really want to go to college this time and I didn't even know what's the reason. But here it is, all I need to do is to go with flow and do what I need to do as a students. Though some of our parents had a high expectations for us and I can tell that I can't give that expectation what my mother want, that's why pressure and doubt in myself are still in my mind.
But before that, after a minutes of driving we already arrived at the CTU in Tabogon. As usual I was still the first one who arrived at the school. Can't you imagine, the time was still 6 and I already here. I didn't go inside cause I waited Myla and Caress to arrived since we didn't know what section and what room we go.
A peaceful start of my day, but I know later this peaceful time will replace to a stressful one. You know all that kind of feeling like a mixed one. Scared, excited yet nervous, in this kind of situation I always remember my sister cause everytime I need her, she always here but for now we need to face our different ways. Her school was in CTU main in the city and I'm here still in our province which is the CTU Tabogon.
In a minutes later exactly 8:30, me and my friends are already in the inside to have our attendance and all I can say that , so much crowd. It was so different in High school like I can't explain, even though the students are not totally many but the way they pass by or even their voices was not that good and it makes me more uncomfortable. And you know what's the saddest one?, that one friend which is Mayla are sick and she can't came to attend the first event in our first day. I heard from the other students that this week are full of events, maybe a welcoming for the new batch of the year and also my instinct are they allow to have a full week event for now cause I know on the next week the real life of a college students are waiting. They just let us feel comfortable for our first week.
Some of the students are so very busy finding their paper in every department for attendance, while us are on the corner. I can't get along to the crowd because I'm scared, and this time the only thing that's on my mind is my sister. Like, I wish my sister are here to guide me, or even just to be with me. But because were on the different campus and also we have the same day for our day one, I have no choice but to continue what I start. I accept that I need a guide everytime but I realize that I don't have someone for now but only myself and my confidence to face the crowd.
It was just a start for a new begging and also for a new stress and pressure. But the only thing I always remember that someone said to me, no matter what situation we will face, how hard it is, how stress or even we think and feel doubt to ourselves, we just don't forget to pray. Rely in God , cause for him, nothing is impossible. Not just to rely but we need to take an action to see and watch the results of our hardwork. Stress and pressure are not the reason for us to give up, but a motivation for us to continue cause if there was no stress, we can't have a good outcome.
