VERSIÓN EN ESPAÑOL
A partir de los primeros encuentros que desde @hivecreatorsday se promovieron el año pasado, hoy podemos decir que actualmente estos se han multiplicado desde diversas iniciativas, en varias zonas del país y con diferentes enfoques, aunque todos han apuntado a dos cosas principalmente: conocernos personalmente entre los hivers y la promoción de la blockchain y su vasto ecosistema. El fin de semana pasado se realizó en Barquisimeto la expo tecno-digital, y el equipo de @hiversbqto dijo un sonoro presente en la misma. En este post me dispongo a compartir un poco de mis experiencias en estos días:
Reencuentros y nuevos encuentros
Unas de las cosas que particularmente más me emociona de estos encuentros es la posibilidad de reunirme con otras personas que tienen la misma pasión que la mía por Hive, pues, es algo que anima a seguir en este camino y promueve un hermoso trabajo en equipo. Por esta razón, fue muy grato para mí volver a encontrarme con algunos de los hivers de mi ciudad, @zullyscott, @filoriologo, @yonnathang, @joheredia21, @francysfiore, @wbrandt, @neruel, @saravm82, @asderhz, @elfino28 así como conocer otros nuevos @tsunsica, @jessiencasa, @jazzn y - para mí uno de los más valiosos - @jcrodriguez, entre otros muchos más, de los cuales no alcance tomarles el nombre de usuarios, pero que me dio mucha satisfacción el que hubiesen pasado por nuestro Stand.
Lo bonito de Hive es que al ser mundial y global nos da la posibilidad de conectar con personas de otros lugares, por eso, no puedo dejar de mencionar que también fue muy grato reencontrame con @soy-laloreto, quien tiene una energía muy positiva e infinita en todo lo que se refiere a Hive, lo cual evidentemente se agradece mucho. Mi "mundo-Hive" se ensancha de manera fenomenal al conocer otros usuarios de la plataforma, por eso, me encantó encontrarme y conversar un poco, pero muy amenamente con @lunaticanto, una itinerante de la vida que deja una huella bonita en quien la conoce y que no solo hace lo que ama (para ella "Hive es su lugar") sino que ama lo que hace (transmite esta genuina intención). Además, a través de ella pude conocer un poco a @lissettortega, su madre, de la cual me comentó se unió a Hive y que tiene estrechas relaciones con la Iglesia católica, lo cual a mí como sacerdote también me entusiasmó, ya hasta me hizo una invitación a visitarle, ja, ja, ja, de verdad espero que lo puede hacer y así conocernos en persona, mientras tanto espero leerla aquí en Hive en sus maravillosas experiencias de fe, la comunidad de humanitas es adecuada para ello.
Fue todo un placer conocer también a @danielvehe, con el cual conversé sobre el proyecto "Hive va a la escuela", haciéndome caer en cuenta que lo realmente importante en el mismo, más allá de la adopción, es el aporte social que Hive realiza, al educar sobre blockchain y web 3.0 a los jóvenes que están por salir de su institución educativa. En estos casos es donde uno comprende la fortaleza de Hive, la cual no me cabe dudas está en la recta comprensión del increíble momento histórico que nos ha tocado vivir, hacer que más personas se den cuenta de esto y tomen acción es, por eso, fundamental. Otras dos grandes personas que conocí fueron los hermanos, @mundomanaure y @caribayarte, cuyo dominio del arte audiovisual me dejó admirado y complacido, sus registros de fotos y videos es realmente fenomenal.

"Evangelio" de Hive
En una conversación que tuvimos con uno de los integrantes del comité organizador del evento, nos decía que evangelizáramos sobre nuestra presencia en el lugar para que se acercaran muchas más personas. Como sacerdote, la palabra evangelizar tiene un profundo significado para mí, ya que según su etimología nos invita a "llevar una buena noticia", y ¿No es hive una de ellas?, ¿No es el testimonio de las vidas que ha cambiado un signo de ello?, ¿Por qué no hacer partícipes de este impacto positivo a otras personas? Es por ello que siempre que me hablan de promocionar Hive busco hacer un espacio en mi agenda para poder ser partícipe de esta hermosa experiencia de dar a conocer nuestro enorme ecosistema, el cual ya ahora podemos decir con propiedad no es solo un espacio virtual sino una comunidad sumamente acogedora, donde todos pueden encontrar un lugar.
Las bases de mi "predicación" sobre Hive fueron para estos días las siguientes:
Para los que no sabían nada de la tecnología blockchain, partí de lo que es más conocido por todos como lo es Bitcoin, y de allí les llevaba a descubrir en Hive una oportunidad inigualable de participar de manera sencilla en este tipo de tecnologías emergentes.
Para los que sabían algo, les resaltaba la novedad de Hive como una blockchain multipropósito, versátil, en la cual podemos interactuar de diversas maneras con ella. Esto es algo que llamaba la atención a todos en general, pero de manera particular a los que eran programadores, pues se daban cuenta de todas las posibilidades.
Para los que ya sabían sobre tecnología blockchain no dudaba en mostrarle entre todos los elementos característicos de Hive, la fortaleza de su comunidad, como lo esencial, un aspecto que nos da una base importante de seguridad a la hora de decidir apostar por este fabuloso proyecto.

Orgullo Hive
¿Cómo no estar orgulloso de una comunidad como esta? El ver como cada uno de los presentes ponía su grano de arena para que todo saliera lo mejor posible fue algo increíble. Realmente aquí el dicho de que "en la unión está la fuerza" tiene total cabida y verificación. Todos y cada uno estuvimos atentos desde el primer momento para atender a las personas y empresas que se acercaban a nuestro Stand, los cuales se maravillaban porque mientras en los demás espacios a veces no les atendían, aquí era todo lo contrario, incluso - como anécdota - antes que llegaran los abordábamos.
Mientras el día viernes fue de más atención en general desde el stand, el sábado se combinó con algunas reuniones privadas de negocios para presentar formalmente la propuesta de Hive a los entes interesados. En dichas reuniones nos representaron César, José, Yonathan y Daniel, desde aquí les doy las gracias muchachos porque esto es ayudar a Hive para que suba a otro nivel, da mayor conocimiento y adopción, por eso, me llenaba de mucha alegría verles y luego escucharles sobre los frutos positivos de estas reuniones, a algunos les decía, pero fijen fecha para otro encuentro, que no se quede en el aire, ja, ja, ja.
En el evento, también tuvimos, obviamente, nuestra participación en un par de conferencias. Las encargadas de las mismas fueron, Jessica y Zully, a la primera que fue el viernes por la tarde la pude escuchar en vivo y estoy muy contento por su exposición, ya que a pesar de ser antigua en la plataforma se ha integrado hace poco al equipo y le ha dado un aporte increíble, el hecho de haber hablado sobre las bondades de Hive a los presentes es una prueba clara de ello. A la conferencia de Zully no pude asistir, porque fue el domingo, día de compromisos parroquiales y pastorales, pero la vi en diferido, y estoy totalmente feliz porque hizo una magistral y cercana ponencia a los asistentes, donde desde sus experiencias logró captar la atención de un espacio que se encontraba totalmente repleto de personas.

Adding experiences together with other hivers
From the first meetings that @hivecreatorsday promoted last year, today we can say that currently these have multiplied from various initiatives, in several areas of the country and with different approaches, although all have aimed at two things mainly: to know each other personally among hivers and the promotion of blockchain and its vast ecosystem. Last weekend the expo tecno-digital was held in Barquisimeto, and the @hiversbqto team said a resounding present there. In this post I set out to share a bit of my experiences these days:
Reencounters and new encounters.
One of the things that particularly excites me most about these meetings is the possibility of meeting with other people who have the same passion as mine for Hive, because it is something that encourages to continue on this path and promotes a beautiful teamwork. For this reason, it was very pleasing for me to meet again with some of the hivers of my city, @zullyscott, @filoriologo, @yonnathang, @joheredia21, @francysfiore, @wbrandt, @neruel, @saravm82, @asderhz, @elfino28 as well as to meet other new ones @tsunsica, @jessiencasa, @jazzn and - for me one of the most valuable - @jcrodriguez, among many others, of whom I could not take their user names, but it gave me great satisfaction that they had passed by our Stand.
The beauty of Hive is that being worldwide and global gives us the possibility to connect with people from other places, so I can not fail to mention that it was also very nice to meet again with @soy-laloreto, who has a very positive and infinite energy in everything related to Hive, which is obviously much appreciated. My "Hive-world" widens in a phenomenal way when meeting other users of the platform, so I was delighted to meet and talk a little, but very pleasantly with @lunaticanto, an itinerant of life that leaves a beautiful mark on whoever meets her and who not only does what she loves (for her "Hive is her place") but loves what she does (she transmits this genuine intention). Also, through her I got to know a little bit @lissettortega, her mother, whom she told me joined Hive and that she has close relations with the Catholic Church, which as a priest I was also excited about, she even invited me to visit her, ha, ha, ha, ha, I really hope she can do it and we can meet in person, meanwhile I hope to read her here in Hive in her wonderful experiences of faith, the community of humanitas is suitable for that.
It was also a pleasure to meet @danielvehe, with whom I talked about the project "Hive goes to school", making me realize that what is really important in it, beyond adoption, is the social contribution that Hive makes, by educating about blockchain and web 3.0 to young people who are about to leave their educational institution. In these cases is where one understands the strength of Hive, which I have no doubt is in the right understanding of the incredible historical moment we are living, making more people realize this and take action is, therefore, fundamental. Two other great people I met were the brothers, @mundomanaure and @caribayarte, whose mastery of audiovisual art left me admired and pleased, their photo and video records are truly phenomenal.

"Gospel" of Hive
In a conversation we had with one of the members of the organizing committee of the event, he was telling us to evangelize about our presence in the place so that many more people would come. As a priest, the word evangelize has a deep meaning for me, since according to its etymology it invites us to "bring good news", and isn't hive one of them, isn't the testimony of the lives that it has changed a sign of it, why not make other people participate in this positive impact? That is why whenever I am told about promoting Hive I always try to make a space in my agenda to be part of this beautiful experience of spreading the word about our huge ecosystem, which we can now properly say is not only a virtual space but a very welcoming community, where everyone can find a place.

For those who knew nothing about blockchain technology, I started from what is best known to all as Bitcoin, and from there I led them to discover in Hive an unparalleled opportunity to participate in a simple way in this type of emerging technologies.
For those who knew something, it highlighted the novelty of Hive as a multipurpose blockchain, versatile, in which we can interact in different ways with it. This is something that caught everyone's attention in general, but particularly those who were programmers, because they realized all the possibilities.
For those who already knew about blockchain technology, I did not hesitate to show them, among all the characteristic elements of Hive, the strength of its community, as the essential, an aspect that gives us an important basis of security when deciding to bet on this fabulous project.

Hive Pride
How not to be proud of a community like this? Seeing how everyone present did their bit to make everything go as smoothly as possible was incredible. Truly here the saying that "in unity there is strength" has total validity and verification. Each and every one of us was attentive from the first moment to attend to the people and companies that approached our stand, which were amazed because while in other spaces sometimes they were not attended, here it was the opposite, even - as an anecdote - before they arrived we approached them.
While Friday was a day of more attention in general from the stand, Saturday was combined with some private business meetings to formally present Hive's proposal to interested entities. In these meetings we were represented by Cesar, Jose, Yonathan and Daniel, from here I thank you guys because this is helping Hive to rise to another level, it gives more knowledge and adoption, therefore, I was very happy to see you and then listen to you about the positive fruits of these meetings, to some I said, but set a date for another meeting, do not stay in the air, ha, ha, ha, ha.
At the event, we also had, obviously, our participation in a couple of conferences. Jessica and Zully were in charge of them, the first one was on Friday afternoon and I was able to listen to her live and I am very happy for her presentation, because despite being an old member of the platform, she has recently joined the team and has given an incredible contribution, the fact that she talked about the benefits of Hive to those present is clear proof of that. I could not attend Zully's conference, because it was on Sunday, a day of parish and pastoral commitments, but I saw it on tape, and I am totally happy because she made a masterful and close presentation to the attendees, where from her experiences she managed to capture the attention of a space that was completely full of people.
