When a person who has done terrible things repents and seeks God is pointed out by those who do not understand the purpose of Christ's death and resurrection, how can God seek and save a person after he has done so much harm? they ask themselves. Even some who have committed sin feel that they are not worthy of God, we are unworthy of Him, they say. They are right, we are all unworthy, but salvation does not come to those who deserve it because if it did, we would all be lost because no one deserves it. However, God was pleased to send His Son to save us, if Christ died to pay for our sins then the more sinners we have been the more needy we have of Christ and He accepts us if we present ourselves with true repentance and a willingness to change, God cannot be mocked, Many say that they are repentant but only seek to hide behind a religion, true repentance means that they will suffer for the deeds that were committed and turn away from them, if that is the case, then no matter what you have done, God will forgive you because He came to call sinners to repentance. This is His grace and His love for us.
