Hello everyone @kaibagt here, today I want to talk about something that I was happy to happen and why I think it's important!!!
Yesterday I reached my first 100 followers, with incredible @melinda010100 following me <3 I was happy as hell, but many will think, but some will say to me "but why celebrate having followers, if what matters is not just the votes in the post?"
I think differently, but let's go back a few months ago, I was reading a post by @acidyo where basically what was needed for HIVE to boom and stand out as a giant social network?
Let's do a quick introduction:
HIVE is developing and evolving, we see two examples with @good-karma and @khaleelkazi together with @anomadsoul, focusing on developing #waves and #threads which are tools where we can discover content that interests us, in addition to also mainly following our friends or people who bring some content that we like and make us feel good, remembering that it is fast and specific, dynamic content.
Today, if we stop to think about HIVE, it is still small, so maybe people are not so important in terms of following someone, because they don't think of it as if it were twitter or instagram/facebook.
But we are building large “hubs” within the hive, we can see the example of @brofund (Raymond), with the token BRO and who created a community on discord where EVERYONE who has a good track record in HIVE can try a project funded by Dragons or which generates the opportunity for several initiatives in HIVE, in addition, BRO is a reference token in the community as extremely solid.
We also have @neoxian who developed a city within the hive, managed to unite several people and organize them for the common good, that is, really seeing each other as a family, where everything works perfectly and is extremely organized.
Also mentioning leofinance, today it is the central finance platform, but recently with Khael and Anomad, it has been seeking greater engagement and broadening its horizons, LEOFINANCE tasks surprised many in the end, due to their missions seeking work in community and team.
HIVE, in my point of view, will come at a time when we will really be looking for more friendships and quality content, with a boom in users, more and more, it will become an important factor, for you to really follow who you like and are fan in the community, because these communities will expand a lot, and as a consequence there will be other communities originating from them, because at the moment, we are as if we were breaking new ground, a land that still has a lot of room for growth and make each community more habitable and sustainable.
So basically, I think we need more people thinking as a community, whether investors, influencers, friends of friends who became friends!
I believe that the direction and future of HIVE, which will depend mainly on people, having more equity with others, have you ever stopped to think that maybe in a few months we will also have leaders forming based on these and other names I mentioned above? For this, maybe the fact that you want to follow and really show interest in the person can make a difference.
Tokens, finance, trading exist and those who really know how to position themselves better will achieve greater profit, but can you imagine if we don't break this entry barrier, this invisible wall that maybe seems like you are just one account, maybe everything will end?
Finally, this was just an outburst, we have a lot of people who help hive grow, we know how difficult it is to make daily and original content, I apologize if I didn't mention the names of some friends.
I am very grateful to everyone who has helped me so far, in less than a year active at hive, I already have 3k HP, growing and trying to evolve more day by day, I thank all my friends in the Brazilian community @Hive-br and @brazilians, jim from @thgaming, engine from pimp/thealliance, @stickupboys ( guys if you like music follow them, the guys are too good!!! ) and also the people from these communities @ocd, @liotes , @hivegaming @liketu also @thealliance. (Sorry if I forgot anyone.)

Olá pessoal @kaibagt aqui, hoje quero falar um fato que fiquei feliz de acontecer e porque acho ele importante!!!
Ontem atingi meus primeiros 100 seguidores, com incrível @melinda010100 me seguindo <3 fiquei feliz para caramba, mas muitos vão pensar, mas alguns irão me dizer "mas porque comemorar ter seguidores, se o que importa não são apenas os votos no post?"
Penso diferente, mas vamos voltar alguns meses atras, estava lendo um post do @acidyo onde basicamente era o que falta para a HIVE ter um boom e se destacar como uma rede social gigante?
Vamos a uma introdução rápida:
A HIVE está se desenvolvendo e evoluindo, vemos dois exemplos com @good-karma e @khaleelkazi juntamente com @anomadsoul, focando em desenvolver #waves e #threads que são ferramentas onde podemos descobrir conteúdo que nos interesse, além de também principalmente acompanhar nossos amigos ou pessoas que trazem algum conteúdo que gostamos e nos fazem nos sentir bem, lembrando que são conteúdos rápidos e específicos, dinâmicos.
Hoje, se pararmos para pensar a HIVE ainda é pequena, por isso talvez o pessoal não de tanta importância em questão de seguir alguém, pois não pensa como se fosse um twitter ou instagram/facebook.
Mas estamos construindo grandes “centros” dentro da hive, podemos ver o exemplo de @brofund (Raymond), com o token BRO e que criou uma comunidade no discord onde TODOS que tenham um bom histórico na HIVE podem tentar um projeto financiado por Dragões o que gera a oportunidade de várias iniciativas na HIVE, além disso, BRO é um token de referência na comunidade como extremamente sólido.
Também temos o @neoxian que desenvolveu uma cidade dentro da hive, conseguiu unir varias pessoas e organizou elas em prol comum, ou seja, realmente um ver o outro como família, onde tudo funciona perfeitamente e é extremamente organizado.
Também citando a leofinance, hoje é a plataforma central de finanças, porém recentemente com Khael e Anomad, vem buscando maior engajamento e ampliação dos seus horizontes, as tarefas LEOFINANCE surpreenderam muitos ao final, por suas missões buscarem trabalho em comunidade e equipe.
A HIVE no meu ponto de vista, vai chegar em um momento que realmente iremos buscar mais amizades e conteúdo de qualidade, com um boom de usuários, cada vez mais, vai se tornar um fator importante, de você realmente seguir quem você gosta e é fã na comunidade, pois essas comunidades vão se expandir e muito, e como consequência vão ter outras comunidades originarias delas, pois no momento, estamos como se estivéssemos desbravando um mundo novo, uma terra que ainda tem muito espaço para crescimento e tornar cada comunidade mais habitável e sustentável.
Então basicamente, penso que, precisamos de mais pessoas pensando como comunidade, seja investidor, seja influencer, seja amigos de amigos que viraram amigos!
Acredito que o rumo e o futuro da HIVE, que vai depender principalmente das pessoas, terem mais equidade com os outros, você já parou pra pensar que talvez daqui uns meses também teremos lideranças se formando com base a esses e outros nomes que citei acima? Para isso, talvez o fato de tu querer seguir e demonstrar interesse realmente pela pessoa pode fazer a diferença.
Tokens, finanças, trading existem e quem realmente saber se posicionar melhor vai conseguir um maior lucro, porém você já imaginou se não rompermos essa barreira de entrada, esse muro invisível que talvez pareça que você é apenas uma conta, talvez tudo acabe?
Por fim esse foi apenas um desabafo, temos muitas pessoas que ajudam a hive a crescer, sabemos o quão difícil é fazer conteúdo diário e original, peço desculpas se não citei o nome de alguns amigos.
Agradeço demais a todos que até aqui já me ajudaram, em menos de um ano ativo na hive, já estou com 3k de HP, crescendo e tentando evoluir mais no dia a dia, agradeço a todos os amigos da comunidade brasileira @Hive-br e @brazilians, ao jim da @thgaming, engine da pimp/thealliance, @stickupboys ( galera se vocês gostam de musica sigam eles, os cara são bons demais!!! ) e também o pessoal dessas comunidades @ocd, @liotes , @hivegaming @liketu também @thealliance. (me desculpem se esqueci alguém.)
