Si, pues hoy era el primer día de mi nueva vida tal y como os dije ayer, y por mi parte, todo cumplido, me siento bien conmigo mismo, incluso me siento bien fisicamente (esto es algo mental, ya que no hubo tiempo para ninguna mejora, simplemente el hecho de hacerlo).
Hice 1 hora de ejercicio en casa, con mi propio cuerpo y estas cintas de resistencia que habia comprado hace años con el proposito de utilizarlas, pero hoy es la primera vez que las utilizo, y la verdad esque estan muy bien.
Tambien estuve trabajando un poco, asentando mis ideas y ordenandolas para ponerme a trabajar cuanto antes, de hecho en cuanto termine este post me pongo a trabajar, bueno primero aun tengo que cenar algo que tengo hambre y no cene nada...
En resumen, un dia muy bueno, muy motivador y me siento bien, contento y feliz, espero que dure mucho y cada día vaya a mejor.
