As every year at Christmas it is customary to see in homes, a nutcracker decorating any place in the house, especially on the tables or in the kitchen, because nowadays it is an ideal utensil to crack nuts.
According to the tales of the Grimm brothers, the nutcracker symbolizes luck and the teeth protect the houses from evil spirits, for this reason, these wooden figures are carved to grant protection and strength to their owners.
Today I want to share with you how to make a beautiful nutcracker, unfortunately it is not made of wood and will not break a nut, but it will serve as decoration and best of all is that I made it with recycled materials, so without further ado, I explain the step by step.
STEP BY STEP:
To start, with the pencil I will draw on the cardboard, two circles, about 1, 5 cm more than the diameter of the cardboard tubes.
And I will draw a circle the size of the diameter of the cardboard tube.
From one of the cardboard tubes, I will cut 3 cm and I will use the larger piece to make the hat. I will line with the black fabric, both the cardboard tube and two circles, one large and one small, as shown in the pictures.

Once the tube and the circle are lined, I will glue them with silicon and then decorate them with the golden ribbon.
I will now line two cardboard tubes, one with the red and yellow fabric and the other with the pink and green fabric.

The other large cardboard circle, I lined it with the yellow fabric.
A cardboard tube, cut it in half and form two small tubes of approximately 5 cm, as shown in the image.
I will make 4 circles in cardboard, the diameter of the small tubes. I will line the tubes with green fabric and the circles with yellow fabric. Then I will glue the circles to the tubes and glue a strip of white fabric to them with silicone.
And I'm almost ready to start assembling it.

Now I will make the face, for this I will use the black, white and pink fabric. Cut white strips about 1 cm long, a pink circle to make the nose, two small circles in black and two eyebrows in white.
With the white strips that I cut out, I will glue them under the nose as shown in the image and then I will do the same procedure all around the tube, to make what would be the hair.
And now, with all the pieces ready, I proceed to assemble the nutcracker. I tell you that I was so excited because I wanted to see it assembled, I forgot to take pictures, but I'll explain how I put it together. Glue the hat to the head with the help of silicone. To glue the head to the body so it wouldn't fall off, I cut a strip of cardboard and glued it to the inside of the tube, leaving the cardboard sticking out so I could insert it and glue it to the body. Finally I glued the small tubes on each side, just in the part of what would be the chest. And I finished decorating with the gold ribbon and I have it like this.

Hola mis queridos lectores, espero que se encuentren bien y que tengan o hayan tenido un excelente y maravilloso dia.
Como todos los años en navidad es costumbre ver en los hogares, un cascanueces adornando cualquier lugar de la casa, más que todo en las mesas o la cocina, porque actualmente es un utensilio ideal para romper las nueces.
Según los cuentos de los hermanos Grimm, el cascanueces, simboliza la suerte y los dientes protegen las casas de los malos espíritus, por esta razón, se tallan estas figuras de madera para conceder protección y fortaleza a sus propietarios.
Hoy les quiero compartir como realice un hermoso cascanueces, lamentablemente no es de madera y no romperá ni una nuez, pero si me servirá de decoración y lo mejor de todo es que lo realice con materiales reciclados, así que sin más preámbulos, les explico el paso a paso.
PASO A PASO:
Para empezar, con el lápiz dibujaré en el cartón, dos círculos, como de 1, 5 cm más del diámetro de los tubos de cartón.
Y sacaré un círculo del tamaño del diámetro del tubo de cartón.
A uno de los tubos de cartón, le recortaré 3 cm y utilizaré el pedazo más grande para realizar el sombrero. Forraré con la tela negra, tanto el tubo de cartón y dos círculos, uno grande y uno pequeño, tal como se muestra en las imágenes.

Una vez forrado el tubo y el círculo, los pegaré con silicon y luego decoraré con la cinta dorada.
Forraré ahora dos tubos de cartón, uno con la tela en rojo y amarillo y el otro con la tela rosada y verde.

El otro círculo grande de cartón, lo forré con la tela amarilla.
Un tubo de cartón, lo recorte por la mitad y forme dos tubos pequeños de aproximadamente 5 cm, tal como se muestra en la imagen.
Sacaré en cartón 4 círculos, del diámetro de los tubos pequeños. Los tubos los forraré con la tela verde y los círculos con la tela amarilla. Luego pegaré los círculos a los tubos y les pegaré con silicón una tira de tela blanca.
Y ya casi tengo todo listo para empezar a armarlo.

Ahora realizaré la cara, para ello utilizaré la tela negra, blanca y rosada. Recorte tiras blancas como de 1 cm aproximadamente, un círculo en rosado para hacer la nariz, dos círculos pequeños en negro y dos cejas en blanco.
Con las tiras blancas que recorte, las pegares debajo de la nariz tal como se muestra en la imagen y luego haré el mismo procedimiento por todo el alrededor del tubo, para así hacerle lo que sería el cabello.
Y ahora si, ya con todas las piezas lista, procedo a armar el cascanueces. Les cuento que me emocione mucho porque ya quería verlos armado, que se me olvido tomarle las fotos, pero le explico como lo arme. Pegue el sombrero a la cabeza con la ayuda del silicón. Para pegar la cabeza al cuerpo y no se me vaya a caer, recorte una tira de cartón y la pegue por dentro del tubo, dejando sobresaliendo el cartón para luego introducirlo y pegarlo al cuerpo. Por último pegué los tubos pequeños a cada lado, justo en la parte de lo que sería el pecho. Y terminé decorando con la cinta dorada y me quedo así.
