So What is The Author of The Week About?
The Author of the Week is about selecting every week four great contents shared from our weekly prompt in the community for you to check out, engage and vote for your best contest through polls on Hive from leofinance threads. This way, we encourage authors to be active and be the best in their content creation.
How Would The Initiative Run?
- 4 Posts would be selected from the weekly prompt questions
- Every Thursday night, we would be sharing announcements for the selected authors
- Polls would be drawn on Leo threads to choose your best Author
- 60% reward of that weekly post would be distributed between Most Popular Author & Best Author of the Week
How Do You Vote?
- First make sure you have your hive account logged in to leofinance.io
- The polls link would be shared in the announcement posts and also via our Discord Channel

Vegan Sunday - Yardlong Bean Recipe with Lentils
@semarekha shared one of her recipes with us which she calls the yardlong bean recipe made with lentils. She shows us in a detailed post how to prepare the meal and trust us when we say the end product is worth it.
Creative Sunday - Man Down - Rihanna (cover)
It turns out we have a Rihanna of our own at the Hive learners community. @jessicaossom gave an outstanding performance, singing Man down by Rihanna. She made sure to sing it in an amazing way, with an amazing voice.
Poor time management or just motherhood?
@aiuna talks about how difficult it is to have perfect time management, especially as a mother who prioritizes spending more time with her child. She talks about her struggle of trying a different 'work from home' job in order to be able to spend more time at home but even that couldn't help with her managing her time well. Luckily, she found a way that at least helps her with planning her days ahead.

@gone-hive talks about education and why he prefers public school to private school. He tells us about his time in both types of school and based on his experience, he thinks that public schools are far better than private schools.
