Hi all. Hope you all are well. I'm fine too.Today I am sharing a new recipe with spinach.Hope you all like it. Everyone check out the recipe at the end, I am starting the recipe now -
Ingredients :
Spinach - half kg
Green chillies - 7-10 pcs
Salt - 1.5 teaspoon
Tumeric - 2 teaspoon
Mustard - As needed
Oil - As needed
Coconut paste - As needed
The methods of making :
First take half kg of spinach. Peel off the thin layer of spinach.
Then separate the stems and leaves from the spinach. It will be convenient to cook due to separation.
After separating the stems and leaves, place them in two containers. Wash each container thoroughly with water as needed.
Now add oil as required in the pan and heat it on medium heat.
While keeping the oil on medium heat, drain the water well from the two pots of spinach.
After the oil is hot, add mustard as required.
Now I cut half of the coconut. Grate the coconut well and make it into a paste.Arrange the rest of the ingredients as per the instructions so that they are readily available during cooking.
Now add coconut paste to the pan and grind it well.
Then add tumeric and mix well with coconut paste.Then add salt and green chillies.
Now add the spinach stems. Because the stem takes more time to boil than the leaves. Fry it well first.
Now add water as required for quick boil. Then add spinach leaves. Then cover the pan for 5 minutes and keep the stove on medium heat.
After 5 minutes open the lid and stir everything well for 1-2 minutes.Then take it down.
And now it is ready. You can serve it more beautifully with some extra ingredients if you want. This was my recipe today. Let me know how you like it. Everyone will be fine. Will talk to everyone again in the next post.
