Hello and welcome to this weeks LBI Holdings and Income report. LBI is a pooled investment token based on HIVE with a range of assets backing its token. Each LBI token represents a share of the assets, and the value of that share is published daily on inleo.io as a thread. All you have to do is check our profile page to find the most recent "Asset backed Value" for the token.
LBI has just recently come under new management, and we are working on raising its profile, converting it into a token that shares a portion of its income each week with token holders, while also selecting investments to maximize growth. LBI's roots are firmly planted in the @spinvest ethos of "get rich slowly". We don't chase amazing returns and massive gains, we look for solid investments, long term growth and the magic of compounding.
What a ride the last week or two has been. There has been big price moves. Also a number of our wallets have had changes this week, so let's dive in. This is our first report for 2025, and there has been some shuffling around of investments.

HIVE Wallet
Pulled out some HBD since the last report - we are down to 2000 as our HBD balance now. Luckily, I swapped these HBD's into mostly HIVE valued assets, so it turned out to be good timing. Not a lot of change to our Hive Power balance. Obviously the value of that balance has changed a lot, up over $4000 for the week.

Here is where we start to see some of the changes from the HBD withdrawal. Added a lot to our BXT, INCOME, PIMP and BRO totals. I'm focusing more on growing our income this year, and building our position in these income producing assets is a key part of the process. BXT has a long and stable track record of 12 - 15% APR, and INCOME is rock solid. I've got our BXT up to a point where it generates 1 HIVE per day in income now.
@lbi-eds wallet.
Big changes here also. A big chunk of the HBD withdrawal went to buy more EDSMM. We are up close to 5000 now, which will mint us 1000 (roughly) EDSI per year over their life. We added 32 EDSI this week. We can look forward to our EDS income growing each and every week forever. I also cashed out our 90 EDSD to HIVE, and added it to the HP balance delegated to eds-vote. This wallet is now almost 17% of the total LBI fund, and will be a growth and income driver for us for years to come.
@lbi-dab wallet.
Much less dramatic here for the DAB wallet. I've stopped selling some DBOND each week from the RUG returns. The daily drip from our DAB will be the only income pulled from this wallet going forward. It is increasing slightly every day, as we mint more DAB daily and grow our share of the pie. This wallet is in a good position, and by this time next year will be spinning out a very nice daily income drip.

Big changes for this wallet also. Two things happened. First, I added funds from the HBD withdrawal. Secondly, PWR added in a staking option for PWR, which is now live. It's early days for this new mechanism, but I have added an initial stake of 500 PWR, and will build it up slowly over time. The main goal for this wallet is the LP, as it generates our yield from this investment. A combination of stake and pool will likely be a good balance for us. Overall, this wallet increased in HIVE value by 720 over the week, mostly from the extra injection of funds.

@lbi-sim wallet.
Over the week, I pulled the liquidity pool position out for this wallet, and shifted the HIVE out to add to other investments. In the next report, this wallet will say goodbye, as I have since sold our SIM also and closed down our investment here. I have come to the conclusion that we have projects with better long term prospects that the funds would be better invested in. I hope to see DCity and the SIM token succeed, but I just don't think this investment is a good fit for our passive investment fund at this time. Last week I mentioned discussions with @ecoinstant about a project he runs called ARMERO. I like the look of it, but have decided against pursuing an investment at this time. It would be a great way to go if SIM and the DCity project shows signs of a turnaround.

Totals
Needles to say, the USD value of the fund is well up, thanks to the HIVE price pump. Wouldn't it be nice to see HIVE hold these levels, or maybe even push on a bit more.
One thing I have not mentioned so far in this report is that I did a bit of a buy back and burn this week. The LEO/LBI liquidity pool was very unbalanced, with LBI trading way below its asset value. I used some of the liquid funds to rebalance the pool by buying a bunch of LBI out of it. These LBI were then burned to null, removed permanently from the token supply. All in all, LBI's supply was reduced by just over 940 tokens.
Income
All in all, a good week for income. We hit 600, without any tricks or tweaks to artificially boost the final number. leo.voter missed a few days, but there was some catch up payments so I think we are good overall. SIM stopped paying for a bit, but it too has caught up with extra payments. This income (from SIM) will fade out over the next few weeks since I have sold our SIM, but our SIM power will take a few weeks to drop out. PIMP has been added to the report and while it is still only small, it all adds up.
242.419 paid out as dividends (worth $22.71) for the week. Another 6.645 LBI burned, on top of the 900 ish one off burn done early in the week.
Conclusion
An excellent week all round. Significant changes strengthening several of our wallets, a one off burn, a big HIVE pump that has not faded away yet, and a solid income week. Happy days. We only have to look back to the report from the 3rd of November to see our fund then was struggling to hang on to $20000 in value, with HIVE at just $0.17. What a difference 2 months makes, we are now pushing $60,000 currently.
