Hello and welcome to this weeks LBI Holdings and Income report. LBI is a pooled investment token based on HIVE with a range of assets backing its token. Each LBI token represents a share of the assets, and the value of that share is published daily on inleo.io as a thread. All you have to do is check our profile page to find the most recent "Asset backed Value" for the token.
LBI came under new management last year, and we are working on raising its profile, converting it into a token that shares a portion of its income each week with token holders, while also selecting investments to maximize growth. LBI's roots are firmly planted in the @spinvest ethos of "get rich slowly". We don't chase amazing returns and massive gains, we look for solid investments, long term growth and the magic of compounding.

HIVE Wallet
No movement and no news for the bHBD unwrap. Latest in our support ticket is that more tickets have been found and they are being added to the process and will all be done together. So we go back to waiting.
60 HIVE added for the week, pretty standard.
Hive Engine wallet
LEO's value recovered a bit this week, up 10% in USD terms. Added some BXT in, and small growth for GIFU, PIMP and BRO over the week. Not much news really this week in this wallet.

25 EDSI added for the week - so predictable. This wallet is still right on 20% of our fund, and doing exactly what it is meant to do. No surprises.
@lbi-dab wallet.
I've decided to start staking some of our DAB, to earn some DBOND from this option. Since this report cutoff, I have added some funds here, bought a few more DAB and DBOND off the market to kick things along a bit. I'd like to keep adding funds here for a bit, to get this wallet growing faster. Next weeks report will show this wallet being a bit bigger.

Income coming from this wallet is nice, nearly 1 HIVE per day. 3.1 PWR comes in each day on top of that, and gets added to the pool. Again, I'd like to give this wallet a boost along, but not sure where I'd pull the money from. Delegation rewards are reliable, unlike some other delegations we hold.

Nothing changed during the week for this wallet. After this report, I have sold off the LEO for a small profit. It was all bought around 0.05-0.06 each, and sold for 0.063. Small profit, and those funds were put into the DAB wallet.
Totals
Token value this week of $0.140, up from $0.132 last week. The LEO price increase pushes down the LEO value a bit, from 6.922 to 6.434. Overall, a nice week for our value, and the fund is up over $27300 total at the week's end.
INCOME report.
We received @leo.voter payouts this week, which is I guess better than the two we got last week. Still short another 160 + LEO from what we should have received for the week.
We made the 1000 mark again, for the third week in a row despite the missed bounty payments from LEO. Could have been 1200 - but what can you do. Over the last 4 week (28 days) we have received just 13 @leo.voter payouts.
I have just removed the delegation.
Everything else we own has been paying out reliably, which is nice.
419.76 sent out for dividends for the week. 3.837 LBI burned this week.
I am aware of an issue affecting a few LBI holders not receiving their dividends. Those that hold all their tokens in the pool, and none liquid have been missed by the dividend bot. I have contacted @bala who runs our bot for us to get it looked into. Working out back pay would be tricky, as I'm not sure how long this problem has existed. Anyway, it is noted and being investigated.
Conclusion.
A solid week overall. A nice little rise in the overall value, income is pretty solid despite the unreliability of one of our main delegations. Everything else is working to plan. DAB wallet will be a major focus for the coming weeks to get it growing faster. Once the HP from undelegating becomes available, it will likely be mainly added to the @empo.voter delegation instead. In the short run income will drop a little from this move, but receiving less than half the payouts we are untitled to really makes it a no brainer. Maybe we will be back with a leo.voter delegation in the future, but for now it is time to move on.
