Hello and welcome to this weeks LBI Holdings and Income report. LBI is a pooled investment token based on HIVE with a range of assets backing its token. Each LBI token represents a share of the assets, and the value of that share is published daily on inleo.io as a thread. All you have to do is check our profile page to find the most recent "Asset backed Value" for the token.
LBI came under new management last year, and we are working on raising its profile, converting it into a token that shares a portion of its income each week with token holders, while also selecting investments to maximize growth. LBI's roots are firmly planted in the @spinvest ethos of "get rich slowly". We don't chase amazing returns and massive gains, we look for solid investments, long term growth and the magic of compounding.
Back with this weeks LBI update. Been an interesting week, but my time is crunched today so This report will be brief. Posting again this week from Peakd as I'm having issues with Inleo and images, and don't have the time to stuff around.

Values are down a touch this week. HIVE last week was $0.268, it was $0.251 when this report cutoff happened. Still not too shabby, BXT has been strong lately having pushed comfortably over 2HIVE each. We are sitting nicely in profit here, with all our BXT having been bought at lower levels. Added 70 HP this week which is a nice amount for us.

80 LEO and 7 HP is this wallets growth across the week, which is normal for us. Not much to report. I'm seeing chatter around LEO swapping the reward pool from inflation based to income based, which seems to be an excellent move and should drive the value of LEO higher. Will deep dive into the available information later in the week to look at the implications for us.

Our first power-down hit, and we have added some EDSMM. Will do so each week while they are available on the market. Once they run out I'll cancel the PD and redelegate to Eds-vote. This wallets share of LBI's total fund has dropped a bit, as I am slowly reducing the carrying value of the EDSMM. They were originally in our books at 1.9 HIVE each, that is now 1.75 and I'll keep dropping it bit by bit. Don't want to do it all at once, as this is a significant portion of our fund, so I'll creep it down every now and then to a more realistic value.

Sold DAB to buy more DBOND again this week. Up 143 DBOND across the week. Will continue to do this for a while to keep building our DBOND. Income from DB can wait, we'll switch to accumulating DAB at some point soon, but for now the goal is more DBONDS.

A surprise airdrop this week adds some value to this wallet. Staking rewards will drop, right after we moved from the pool to staking. However, the purpose is long term sustainability so its all good. I'll slowly rebuild a pool position for us over time, while still building our stake a bit. The asset itself (PWR) has done very well, and is now trading well above its peg.
Totals
Down $1000 over the week overall. HIVE and LEO values are pretty steady. Still over $22K so all is ok.
Income
Income is up again this week, and we are approaching the 1200 target. Double drop from our BEE delegation as our missed payment was rectified. Everything else is going well, and I didn't use much HBD this week.
A record week for income means a bigger dividend for LBI holders. APR pushes over 3% - next goal is 3.5%. 4.365 LBI burned this week, reducing our token supply as we do every week.
Conclusion
A steady week, with PWR being the highlight. The latest changes announced are all sensible, and will continue to strengthen this project over time. Everything is running smoothly for us at the moment, really just travelling along calmly till values move significantly.
