Hello and welcome to this weeks LBI Holdings and Income report. LBI is a pooled investment token based on HIVE with a range of assets backing its token. Each LBI token represents a share of the assets, and the value of that share is published daily on inleo.io as a thread. All you have to do is check our profile page to find the most recent "Asset backed Value" for the token.
LBI has just recently come under new management, and we are working on raising its profile, converting it into a token that shares a portion of its income each week with token holders, while also selecting investments to maximize growth. LBI's roots are firmly planted in the @spinvest ethos of "get rich slowly". We don't chase amazing returns and massive gains, we look for solid investments, long term growth and the magic of compounding.
Welcome to report number 6 since the relaunch of LBI. These are the prices of tokens used at the time of this report.

Record income for the week, our best week of income since relaunch. Steady growth in lots of areas, and a few good post payouts have helped us along this week.
HIVE Wallet
An increase of 250 HIVE power for the week is nice. Post payouts have been fabulous lately for us, and this growth is something I'm enjoying seeing, but don't want to get too used to. Next week will be lower, as I have not posted as much content. HBD is steadily ticking up. For those that are interested, each day I am pulling 0.70 HBD out of savings, as part of the interest for the income distribution. To get a realistic value, I then take the HBD savings each day, and add to it the estimated interest (I use Peakd for that) to give the "HBD savings value each day. HBD from post payouts is not counted as income, and I use it now for buying more income producing tokens, as well as adding some more EDSD. It was going 100% on EDSD, but I have mixed it up this week to buy a little of a variety of things.
HIVE Engine Wallet
We had a few missed days from leo.voter, which is apparently down for maintenance and will be back on line soon and will catch up missed payments. Aside from that, I am using some of the HBD from post payouts to slowly build these income producing assets. A little more INCOME, BRO, and BXT added whenever I can. BXT in particular has been good for us, with its value increasing compared to HIVE, and a steady daily income. I'll keep adding more of these, and the HIVE income they generate is slowly growing.

A slow week for this wallet. RUG had its lowest mintage week so far. We minted a little DAB and I bought a little bit off the market also. Nothing much to report here.

A reasonable week for this wallet. We didn't mint much EDS from EDSD, as I have redeemed most of it. I'll do a full post on it, and what I have done tomorrow, but the long story short is I bought us a bunch of EDSMM. This wallet will look quite different next week, and make sure you check out tomorrows post for more details.

This wallet continues to grow slowly. I've bumped the delegation up a bit this week, its now at 3000. I'm also buying a little PWR here and there to build the pool up steadily. HIVE dividends start this week, so I'm keen to keep building this and getting it to be a significant holding for us, for the long term. For now it is still just a tiny position.

We lost ground again this week in USD term. That is an expected outcome of lower HIVE and LEO prices. As you can see, the fund is up compared to HIVE and LEO over the week. Happy with the way things are tracking. If we get a good week for HIVE, the USD value will come back nicely.
Income
Here is the good news part of the report. Things have been tracking well on the income front, and we had our best week since the relaunch. I'll be honest, I do hope to be able to say that almost every week with the way things are set up, but it is nice to see things working as I planned. 4.263 LBI tokens burned this week. Dividends went out last night, and while the APR is still quite small, you should notice the amount of LEO coming in each week grow. Income will likely not be as good next week, as I was not able to get as much content done, so post payouts will be lower.
Just a quick observation, the order book market has a nice amount of LBI available to buy at around the current asset backed value if anyone is interested to pick some up at fair value. The pool is also a decent option, and fairly priced also.
