Hello! How are you? Summer is around the corner showing little by little and heat is not a joke anymore, classes are getting suspended because of the high heat index, I never experienced that class getting suspended because of high temperature, speaking for real, now that I feel the ray of the sun burning me... made me realize that it makes sense now... LOL

Since I started to sleep late I always drink coffee to wake up for the whole night and it is a ritual for me if I feel sleepy coffee is the solution even when the weather is hot we always drink hot coffee, but since I discovered this Dalgona Coffee whenever I crave something cold I always make this drink to ease the hotness of the weather. If you want to try this keep scrolling I am going to show you how I make it.

Ingredients I Used:

1 tbsp Instant Coffee
2 tbsp Hot Water
1 tbsp Sugar
1 cup of milk
1 Cup of Ice

Bottle Jar
Whisk
Mug
Spoon

Let's Make Dalgona Coffee!

In a mug, I put in 1 tablespoon of coffee.

Next, I added 1 tablespoon of sugar.

After that, I am going to put in 2 tablespoons of hot water.

You can use a whisk like I do or to make it easier use a hand mixer but I am too lazy to look where my mom put the mixer LOL

What I do is I hold the whisk in the middle of my two hands and twist it as fast I can LOL just trust the process, if I feel tired I rest for a second and then continue.

When the color turns from dark to light the process is in the right way and then when the consistency turns thick and foamy texture and when you lift it it does not fall off that is the consistency. I set it aside.
