Hello, people of hive. I hope you are doing well in this extreme bear season. Centralized exchanges can delist coins anytime, and we have seen this in the past. Binance is going to delist these 14 coins soon so you must need to check them if you are holding any of them.
This is first community-inspired list removal and this is important change which can impact the market because total 14 coins are going to delist from the marekt of binance.
Massive deletion across 14 tokens as Binance completes first delisting vote
Yesterday on 8th april binance announced that first batch of vote to do list is completed and on 16th april total 14 cryptocurrencies will be delisted from the binance. Binance said,
Following the results of the Vote to Delist and the completion of the standard list removal process, Binance will delist BADGER, BAL, BETA, CREAM, CTXC, ELF, FIRO, HARD, NULS, PROS, SNT, TROY, UFT, and VIDT on 2025-04-16.
So these are the tokens that will be delisted and you know first time I am hearing the name of these tokens. So these are the new tokens and it seems like not that much useful but still if you are holding these tokens then now it is time to sell them or withdraw them.
Thousands of voters are participated in this survey and binance taken decision after observing the result. Along with this company said that there are many factors that we have recheked before decide to delist these tokens. Now let's check what are the factors that company checked so these factors are, trading activity, team responsiveness, development quality, community communications, signs of unethical behavior and regulatory risk. After seeing these factors binance decided to delist these tokens and it seems like a valid and good decision because the companies behind these tokens should be active and keep improving so that users can not loss their fund here.
You know in this voting session the coins like CTXC, TROY,and UFT are major tokens that takes major positions. also other positions coins get affected. Now after this vote to list and vote to delist initiative new active coins will be added in the exchange and inactive coins will be delisted.
Many of exchange’s services such as Margin, Futures, Simple Earn, Pay List and Gift Card will phase out support for theese tokens after after April 16. So again you have to check this list so that if you are holding any of these tokens then you must take the action.
