It is not good to be optimistic about something in crypto and especially with genesis league sports assets because things are really not good in the whole cryptocurrency market. The daily new bad news is coming and daily new investors are going out from the market. We have tolerated lots of pain but there is some pain still remaining. 75% of the pain we've experienced but still 25% is remaining. The current GLX price is $0.007 which is the newly created bottom.
The good thing is you can buy lots of GLX tokens by using a few Dollars in the hive-engine market. even if the price stays stable here for a long time, you will earn 80% + APR which is not a bad deal. People who bought genesis league packs should be crying because the pack price is around $1.5 in the market and investors purchase for $5. It is better to hold packs because I believe the price of packs will increase after the game launch. Selling in loss is not a good idea because when the price of packs will increase then you will regret it for sure. Time has a value so even if the price of this pack is not good just wait for a couple of months and you will see the difference because the pack has limited supply.
Team Should Announce Something In The Next Town Hall
They said that game is coming soon and now everyone's eyes are on the game launch because assets need use cases so the game launch can solve the issue. It is not guaranteed and you also not take it as financial advice but this is my suggestion and everyone feeling the same. And this is logical too because use cases increase the demand for assets and this is when the price can start jumping upside. By something means game launch.
GLX is Like the SPS token because it is the governance token of the genesis league sports game. According to the team, after the genesis league game launch, splinterlands game will also get exposure. So it is also beneficial for the splinterlands community. In the end, genesis league is the part of splinterlands game and you can say it is the big brother of GLS. It is very similar to splinterlands but the subject is sports.
My Holding Is Updated
Today I claimed almost 400 tokens so after this claim my total balance is 4201 glx tokens. USD value remains the same even after this staking transaction why because the price of glx is going down and as I said in the title the current price is $0.007 which is the lowest. Anyway, I am getting a good amount of tokens in the airdrop because of a good amount of sps tokens also the APR of staking is more than 80% which is higher than sps staking APR.
So the earning is good so accumulation and then rebuilding this is the great strategy. People who waiting for the new bottom should reconsider this decision because the game launch is near and maybe you will not get this price again so it is better to buy now or regret it later. I am planning to buy it but I have short of funds so it is better to accumulate some from the staking and airdrop.
It seems like in the next week I will complete my 50% target and reach 5k glx tokens in the staking. My target is to reach 10k for now and the destination is near. Once I reach the 5k glx tokens then the 10k will be near. I am hoping that I will get some funds so that I can invest in genesis league for GLX tokens. Also, I have to buy more sps tokens because of the upcoming update of collection power so I have a limited amount of money, and targets are bigger and I can just rely on the hope. Because if You have hope then you can do something for your targets otherwise you will not care about them.
