Hola a todos nuevamente, espero estén bien. Al principio no pensé en participar en el concurso de esta semana de @TopFiveFamily, pero decidí hacerlo para así desahogarme un poco y así conozcan esta historia y si alguien tiene un buen consejo que ofrecerme lo valoraría muchísimo.

Para muchos, ver esta fotografía de las ricas donas les traerá dulces momentos y recuerdos de alguna vez que comieron una de estas ricas delicias. Yo tengo recuerdos muy lindos de mi infancia con mis hermanos de cuando mis padres nos compraban donas. Pero esta vez ver estas donas me hace sentir muy triste.
El motivo es que tengo a una persona muy especial en mi vida que bueno, estaba pasando por un mal momento y a pesar de recibir ayuda el... Intento suicidarse hace poco... Se que este tema es delicado y por ese motivo no sabía si contarlo, pero al ver la imagen de las donas solo pude pensar en él. Ustedes se preguntarán el ¿porqué de eso? pues, resulta que la última foto que recibí de el cuándo estábamos hablando hace poco vía telefónica fue una fotografía que me envió de una dona.
Estábamos charlando y él me decía que para levantar sus ánimos se daría un buen gusto con una dona que es la que les comparto en esta otra foto. No quiero darles detalles sobre lo ocurrido, pues primero que nada es su vida personal y es delicado, pero en serio me siento impotente de no poder ayudarlo en estos momentos que se, él se siente solo y más al estar en otro país.
Es difícil estar lejos de una persona que sabes que necesita apoyo emocional, sé que estaba para el por vía telefónica las veces que podía y siempre le daba consejos para que se sintiera mejor, pero siento que no fue suficiente. La depresión es algo serio y si conocen a algún conocido, amigo o familiar que está pasando por esta misma situación traten de comprenderlos y darles a entender que ellos no están solos.
Una persona con depresión, aunque pueda tener a muchas personas a su alrededor se seguirá sintiendo solo. Así que es bueno recercarles y demostrarles que no están solos y hay que demostrarlo con acciones. Yo me siento mal porque siento que pude haber hecho más por el para evitar que intentara tentar contra su vida, lastimosamente la distancia me tiene limitada a poder hacer más por él. Al menos pude saber de el gracias a su madre y aparentemente el está bien.
No saben la ansiedad y angustia que he tenido estos días al no saber si en verdad está bien o si está mejorando. Su madre por motivos de ser muy delicada con su vida privada no me dijo más detalles y me dijo que el escribirá cuando esté listo y de ahí no supe más nada de el...Todos los días rezo por mi amigo y por su bienestar.
En serio, pasan o pasaron una situación como esta por favor, apoyen a esa persona, no es fácil tener depresión y más si se está lejos de las personas que amas. Denle comprensión y apoyo moral y sepan entender lo que sienten. Sean empáticos con las personas que se encuentren en su día a día, no saben si esa persona está pasando por un mal momento...

Hello everyone again, I hope you are doing well. At first I didn't think about participating in this week's contest of @TopFiveFamily, but I decided to do it in order to vent a little and so they know this story and if anyone has a good advice to offer me I would value it very much.

For many, seeing this photograph of the delicious doughnuts will bring back sweet moments and memories of a time they ate one of these delicious treats. I have very fond memories of my childhood with my siblings when my parents used to buy us doughnuts. But this time seeing these donuts makes me feel very sad.
The reason is that I have a very special person in my life who, well, I was going through a bad time and despite receiving help from the... He recently attempted suicide... I know this topic is sensitive and that's why I didn't know whether to talk about it, but when I saw the image of the donuts I could only think about it. You may wonder Why is that? Well, it turns out that the last photo I received of him when we were talking recently on the phone was a photograph he sent me of a doughnut.
We were chatting and he told me that to lift his spirits he would indulge himself with a doughnut which is the one I share with you in this other photo. I don't want to give you details about what happened, because first of all it's his personal life and it's delicate, but seriously I feel helpless not to be able to help him in these moments that I know, he feels lonely and even more so being in another country.
It's hard to be away from a person who you know needs emotional support, I know I was there for him on the phone as many times as I could and I always gave him advice to make him feel better, but I feel like it wasn't enough. Depression is a serious thing and if you know an acquaintance, friend or family member who is going through this same situation, try to understand them and make them understand that they are not alone.
A person with depression, even though they may have many people around them, will still feel lonely. So it's good to reach out to them and show them that they're not alone and you have to show that with actions. I feel bad because I feel that I could have done more for him to prevent him from trying to tempt against his life, unfortunately the distance has limited me to be able to do more for him. At least I got to know about him thanks to his mother and apparently he's fine.
You don't know the anxiety and anguish I've had these days not knowing if he's really okay or if he's getting better. His mother, for reasons of being very delicate with his private life, did not tell me more details and told me that he will write when he is ready and from then on I did not know anything more about him... Every day I pray for my friend and his well-being.
Seriously, go through a situation like this please support that person, it is not easy to have depression and more if you are far from the people you love. Give them understanding and moral support and understand what they are feeling. Be empathetic with the people you meet in your day to day, you don't know if that person is going through a bad time...
