Always Have A Reminder.
Just like an alarm set as a reminder to keep one in check. Imagine staying without being reminded or being able to remember you have other things, it will be so funny and not really effective to achieve sometimes. For a seconds, imagine the brain was programmed just to be doing things without remembering things that it's not in existence or something that just passed through many difficult will there be a progress, will it be possible to catch up things that are not done at the moment? That is why we have to have a reminder.
This reminder in question I don't necessarily be an alarm or a clock that will take and make sand then you remember you have to do something like this. Don't get me wrong it might be an alarm that will serve as a reminder to you but in everything we do, we have to always think twice as well. Personally if you can create this sense that you have not done this and you need to achieve it,give yourself a target. This target will serve as a reminder to you whenever you look out of your window and see you have not achieved this target you will be reminded that you have not achieved it.
Remind me thinking how this reminding will work or how it could be of help to an individual. Let's take it a little bit away from setting alarm, calendars and notifications to real world matters. Many people stay reluctantly without having it at the package of their mind that time shall come when they cannot do things that they are able to do now. You feel you can be young till whenever and however. Without knowing that in life aging is a process and it must occur. However, making plans ahead of time to ensure you become successful in life requires you to be reminded all the time that you are not yet successful.
When you always have this mindset of I have not achieved this so I don't think I have to stay not being reminded about it. You too self reminding in some cases. If you ask me I will tell you that the real art of being reminded is the one you did by yourself. Come to think of it, when you remind yourself about something you will ensure to do that unlike when someone remind you of a normal thing to do you will say it as a disturbance if you are not discipline.
There are things you have to look out for why setting a reminder or always having a reminder. What, When, Why and How. Yes it is you will be able to keep it at the back of your mind. Firstly what do you really want to be reminded of l, this is what you have to first of all define. Second, when do you want to be reminded? Why do you think this is important will follow. Because I believe that we as a human being attend to things with matter of importancy and urgency. Then the last for now be how do you want to be reminded do you want to be reminded the hard way? A way that you might regret or not. So it is important we have something that will always remind us and also motivate us to always stay reminded.
