Introduction
Let me begin by passing an expression of gratitude to whoever has contributed to the success of hive bore projects in Ghana. Yesterday was a wonderful day at Bremang, where the hive borehole project is now in progress. Hive has taken steps to ensure that communities in Ghana and throughout the world are highly empowered by providing basic essentials. In this regard, Bremang has been identified as the next lucky village to get potable drinking water from Hive. Bremang is a town in Ghana's Ashanti region. It is a densely populated suburb of the Kumasi city. It is, however, surrounded by multiple other villages that seem to provide water to the inhabitants of this settlement.
Obtaining potable water is one of the town's most critical demands. According to town officials, the inhabitants of Bremang get water in litres from trucks that have been retrieved from the Barekese dam. This dam is far from the Bremang settlement, making it difficult for residents to get water. The community's main secondary school, which is populated by students from all over the nation, has several water supply issues.
Under this respect, the Hive ecosystem agreed, with the sponsorship of @valueplan, to build a borehole water system as part of the Hive Empowerment Project In Ghana to feed the people of Bremang, as well as the high school
Preparations for the construction of this project were finished at the end of last week, in order to announce the Beginning of Hive Promo Project in Ghana. Today, I'm writing to give you an update on Hive's efforts in Ghana, which began with borehole drilling.
The first phase (Drilling stage)
The ongoing borehole project at Bremang started drilling on Saturday, August 20, 2022. The drilling service enabled it after a well-planned visit to the area in conjunction with the chief and other community leaders. Because it is in the middle of town and would be carefully maintained and cared for, the town council aided us in obtaining the secondary school at Bremang as the finest site for the project. It was critical to convey the importance of this to the community. After receiving all of the necessary drilling materials, the company's staff joined us in town to begin the first part of the project, which is drilling.
The school's principal and the community council team were all on present today to help supervise the start of the ongoing hive project. Their presence yesterday was really helpful in making sure everything was in good condition. Members of the community and the student body who saw the start of this initiative to provide them with water were pleased. The images and scenarios below represent many parts of the drilling operations at Bremang.
conclusion
We (@mcsamm & @collinz) guaranteed that the drilling for the current hive project in Ghana proceeded as planned as project managers. As with the other boreholes, the drilling business did a fantastic job to guarantee a successful project. We commended them on their commitment to delivering exceptional service and look forward to working with them again in the future.
Over a long but productive day, the Principal of the school, along with other Bremang community leadership and the few neighbours nearby, were pleased to see water flowing from the ground. This is just the beginning of the hope that hive has to offer Ghanaian communities like these. The current town authorities expressed their appreciation for the work done and anticipate that we will continue with the other activities to guarantee that all stages of the project are completed.
