Es importante resaltar estos temas, para unos es màs de lo mismo, para otros es una puerta abierta a formar parte de los grupos que se sienten de agrado hacia el tema de las emociones y como tratarlo o gestionarlo.

Cuando nos formamos en nuestros hogares seguimos una línea de educación de hogar importante como son las normas de cortesía a seguir de acuerdo al ambiente donde nos desarrollamos, eso es muy bueno porque en estos tiempos la queja social viene acompañada de la carencia de este tipo de educación en las nuevas generaciones.
Así se observa en muchos sectores. Hablar de sueños en estos hogares donde crecimos era un tema sancionado porque cada quien tenía que seguir la línea: estudiar, estudiar, estudiar para formarse académicamente y trabajar en empresas formales. Este es el cuento , la mayoría lo siguieron porque había que estudiar y no es malo, lo agrio es que si la persona le gustaba la música pues por allí no podía ir...en esa situación muchos han caminado y luego después de tanto encontraron eso que quisieron de niños y quizás han trabajado en ello para lograr ese sueño que tenían y por seguir la línea lo había dejado a un lado.
En estos vaivenes crecimos, a veces pienso si me hubiesen dado a elegir que estudiar a la edad que tengo escojo psicología, comencé en el camino de la educación aunque eso no me llamaba mucho la atención, era lo que había y por allí comencé mi mundo académico/laboral. Pasaron los años mientras me formaba; mi mente decía que tenía que ocupar cargos en oficinas, me veía en oficinas administrando procesos.
El camino me llevó a un cargo administrativo aunque quería tener esos espacios para ser conferencista, allí no trabajé mucho eso...solo participaba en dar charlas a los estudiantes en determinados temas.
Pienso que no lo trabajé mucho porque me entretuve en mis ocupaciones de madre, educadora, trabajar la parte económica, lo que se requería, esas actividades que de una u otra forma hay que invertir tiempo, dedicación, ser conferencista ameritaba salir de mis espacios, invertir en preparación, dejar a un lado esas actividades hogareñas, sentía que no tuve apoyo. Son muchas las cosas que quizás yo misma me limité en eso que yo quise. A pesar que la mayor parte de mis lecturas y aprendizajes autodidácticos están encaminados en los temas de pensamientos, emociones y sentimientos.
Sigo en aprendizajes, ese sueño de ser conferencista quizás me asustó al pensar estar frente a un público de más de 100 personas ...eso me hacia sentir con temor. Otra cosa mas que me limité.
Me encanta escuchar a personas que se dedican a ello después que se han preparado académicamente, participado en investigacones y comienzan a expresar y compartir sus experiencias como médicos, psicólogos... otros, desde su experiencia que ayudan mucho en ese andar de comprender y entender los ritmos de la vida.
Muchos de mis escritos que comparto hago relación a ellos de acuerdo al tema que se plantee.

It is important to highlight these issues, for some, it is more of the same, for others it is an open door to be part of the groups that feel like being part of a group that likes the topic of emotions and how to treat or manage it.

When we are formed in our homes we follow a line of important home education as are the rules of courtesy to follow according to the environment where we develop, that is very good because in these times the social complaint is accompanied by the lack of this type of education in the new generations.
This is observed in many sectors. Talking about dreams in these homes where we grew up was a sanctioned topic because everyone had to follow the line: study, study, study to be academically trained and work in formal companies. This is the story, most of them followed it because they had to study. It is not bad, the bitter thing is that if the person liked music, he/she could not go that way... in that situation, many have walked and then after so much they found what they wanted as children. Perhaps they have worked on it to achieve that dream they had and because of following the line they had left it aside.
In these ups and downs we grew up, sometimes I think if I had been given the choice to study at the age I am I would have chosen psychology, I started on the path of education although that did not call me much attention, it was what there was and there I began my academic/labor world. Years went by while I was training; my mind told me that I had to occupy positions in offices, and I saw myself in offices managing processes.
The path led me to an administrative position, although I wanted to have those spaces to be a lecturer, I did not work much on that...I only participated in giving talks to students on certain topics.
I think that I did not work on it much because I was busy with my occupations as a mother, and educator, working on the economic part, what was required, those activities that in one way or another you have to invest time, dedication, being a lecturer required leaving my spaces, investing in preparation, leaving aside those home activities, I felt that I did not have support. There are many things that perhaps I limited myself in what I wanted. Although most of my readings and autodidactic learning are focused on the topics of thoughts, emotions, and feelings.
I am still learning, that dream of being a lecturer may scared me at the thought of being in front of an audience of more than 100 people ...that made me feel afraid. One more thing I limited myself.
I love to listen to people who dedicate themselves to it after they have prepared themselves academically and begin to express and share their experiences as doctors, psychologists..., and others, from Experiences that help a lot in this journey of understanding and understanding the rhythms of life.
