Feliz Jueves por aca, hoy quiero mostrarles lo que fue la preparacion de mi primer pasticho (lasaña) como le conozcan en tu pais jeje, es uno de mis platos favoritos y les juro que me quedo delicioso 😋😅 modestia aparte jaja pero si quedó bueno, hace un tiempo fuí a un lugar de la ciudad donde me pedí este platillo y quede con un muy mal sabor de boca, ya que sabia a SOPA, si, a sopa, le colocaron cilantro, pero cilantro como para que me ahogara 😂 y pues desde ahi se agudizaron mis ganas de comerme un buen pasticho, asi que poco a poco fui comprando los ingredientes que tambien iba gastando poco a poco😂 hasta que decidi comprarlo todo y hacerlo de una vez, asi fue, y son los 32$ mejor gastados de la historia jajaja, asi que aca les cuento👇
Happy Thursday here, today I want to show you what was the preparation of my first pasticho (lasagna) as it is known in your country hehe, it is one of my favorite dishes and I swear it was delicious 😋😅 modesty aside haha but it was good, some time ago I went to a place in the city where I ordered this dish and I was left with a very bad taste in my mouth, because it tasted like SOUP, yes, like soup, they put cilantro in it, but cilantro enough to make me choke 😂 and from there my desire to eat a good pasticho got stronger, so little by little I started buying the ingredients that I was also spending little by little😂 until I decided to buy everything and make it all at once, and that's the best spent $32 in history hahaha, so here I tell you👇
✔ 1 kilo y medio de Carne Molida
✔ 1 kg de Tomates maduros
✔ 3 Paquetes de Laminas de Pasticho
✔ 3 Cebollas
✔ 1 Pasta de Tomate
✔ 400ml de leche
✔ 100gr de mantequilla
✔ 300gr de Harina de trigo
✔ nuez moscada
✔ 300gr de Jamon
✔ 1/2kg de Mozzarella
✔ 150gr de parmesano
✔ Perejil
✔ panes
✔ 1 kilo and a half of Ground Beef.
✔ 1 kg of ripe Tomatoes.
✔ 3 Packets of Pasticho Slices.
✔ 3 Onions
✔ 1 Tomato Paste
✔ 400ml of milk
✔ 100gr of butter
✔ 300gr of wheat flour.
✔ nutmeg
✔ 300gr of ham
✔ 1/2kg Mozzarella cheese
✔ 150gr of Parmesan.
✔ Parsley
✔ bread
Lo primero que hice por supuesto es la carne, y mientras la hacia tenia a mi mamá en la cabeza "el secreto de un buen pasticho esta en la carne" asi que yo estaba cocinando buscando que me quedara lo mas deliciosa posible, comencé picando la cebolla en cuadritos y machacando un poco de ajo, comencé a sofreirla junto a un poco de aceite, una vez muerta la cebolla agregue la carne y comence a deshacer para luego esperar que se secara toda la sangre
The first thing I did of course is the meat, and while I was making it I had my mom in my head "the secret of a good pasticho is in the meat" so I was cooking it looking for it to be as delicious as possible, I started chopping the onion into small squares and crushing some garlic, I started frying it with a little oil, once the onion was dead I added the meat and started to break it down and then wait for all the blood to dry.
En este momento estaba sancochando los tomates que una vez seca toda la sangre procese en la licuadora y los agregué a mi carne junto a la pasta de tomate, que definitivamente fue el plus😜 aca le agregue algunas especies, oregano, un toque de pimienta, curcuma y sal, y por supuesto un poco de color ahi agregue un poquitin de agua y tapé hasta que secó un poco la salsa
At this moment I was parboiling the tomatoes that once I dried all the blood I processed in the blender and added them to my meat along with the tomato paste, which was definitely the plus😜 here I added some spices, oregano, a touch of pepper, curcuma and salt, and of course a little color there I added a little bit of water and covered until it dried a little bit the sauce.
Luego comence a hacer la bechamel, cosa que me tenia nerviosa porque esto si que no lo habia hecho en mi viiida, pero definitivamente no sera la ultima vez jaja ya que para ser la primera y modestia aparte, me quedó BUENISIMA, con la consistencia ideal, para prepararla agregué primero la mantequilla dejando que se derritiera completamente, luego agregue la harina de trigo haciendo movimientos circulares durante unos minutos hasta que se cocinara la harina!! Seguidamente agregué la leche, una pizca de sal y nuez moscada, comence a revolver a fuego medio hasta lograr que empezara un poco, ya que luego de apagarse se pondria un poco mas espeso
Then I started to make the bechamel sauce, which had me nervous because I had not done this in my life, but it definitely will not be the last time haha because for the first time and modesty aside, I got it really GOOD, with the ideal consistency, to prepare it I first added the butter letting it melt completely, then I added the wheat flour making circular movements for a few minutes until the flour was cooked! Then I added the milk, a pinch of salt and nutmeg, I began to stir over medium heat until it started a little, because after it was turned off, it would get a little thicker.
El siguiente paso fue poner a hervir agua para las pastas y aqui quiero contarles que NO SABIA que una vez sancochadas habia que meterlas en agua fria para que no se pegaran, yo las fui sacando del agua y poniendo una encima de la otra y se imaginaran el desastre que se formó jajja pero bueno ahi poco a poco las fuí despegandolas jaja pero ya leccion aprendida

Una vez que tenia todo listo comence a armar mi pasticho, agregando inicialmente un poco de mantequilla en la bandeja, luego una capa de bechamel, una de pasta, una de carne, queso, jamon, y repetí estos paso hasta agotar los ingredientes!! Por encima luego de colocar la ultima capa de pasta agregué bechamel y el queso parmesano y tapé con papel de aluminio para llevar al horno por 40 minutos a 180° mientras se cocinaba el pasticho prepare un poco de perejil con mantequilla que puse en mis rodajas de pan, lleve al horno hasta derretir y asi quedo👇👇

On top after placing the last layer of pasta I added bechamel and parmesan cheese and covered with aluminum foil to take to the oven for 40 minutes at 180 ° while the pasticho was cooking I prepared some parsley with butter that I put on my slices of bread, take to the oven until melted and so was👇👇👇
Quiero decirles que estaba DELICIOSO 😋 y sin duda no sera el ultimo que prepare jeje, vale muchisimo la pena, comimos dos dias seguidos y full jaja delicioso 😋 espero que se animen a hacerlo😛
