Hola amigos de @liketu es un gusto estar por aca de nuevo, inició el fin de semana y por aca es largo al ser feriado, por acá hasta ahora no hay muchos planes pero lo que si es cierto es que aun cuando sea feriado, en esta casa se entrena si o si 😝 y hoy fue uno de esos dias donde subí al cielo y regresé 😂 NAWARA, tuve la brillante idea de pedirle a mi esposo un entrenamiento luego de grabar el que normalmente comparto por acá, nada dificil! Pero yo queria ir un poco mas alla asi que le pedí ideas de una rutina😒😒
Pues es me dijo 3 ejercicios sencillos, burpees, sentadillas y flexiones, lo dificil vino despues cuando me dijo que debia hacer de cada ejercicio, 5,10,15,20,25 y luego bajar 😒😒 25,20,15,10,5 o sea HELLO, Debo decir que estuvo realmente INTENSO, y a pesar de no haberlo culminado todo, me siento feliz de a donde llegué, me exigí mas y de eso se trata 💪 de repente el lunes intente hacerlo completo ya que la fatiga muscular sera menor, ahi les iré contando, mientras les dejo estas fotos luego de la masacre 😂😂

Hi @liketu friends it's a pleasure to be here again, the weekend started and it's a long weekend here because it's a holiday, so far there are not many plans here but what is true is that even if it's a holiday, in this house we train if or if 😝 and today was one of those days where I went up to heaven and returned 😂 NAWARA, I had the brilliant idea to ask my husband for a workout after recording the one I usually share here, nothing difficult! But I wanted to go a little further so I asked him for ideas of a routine😒😒.
Well he told me 3 simple exercises, burpees, squats and push ups, the hard part came later when he told me that I should do 5,10,15,20,25 and then go down 😒😒 25,20,15,10,5 or HELLO, I must say it was really INTENSE, and despite not having completed everything, I feel happy with where I got to, I demanded more and that's what it's all about 💪 suddenly on Monday I will try to do it all since the muscle fatigue will be less, there I will tell you, while I leave these pictures after the massacre 😂😂
