✓ 1 Orange
✓1 sachet of green tea and hibiscus flowers.
✓ 1 tablespoon of sugar
✓ ice to taste
✓ half a glass of water

✓ Step #1: First we place the water to boil on the stove, when it is ready we add the tea bag and let it stand.
✓ Step #2: While the tea is steeping let's peel the orange to remove a slice that will go into this delicious cold drink.
✓ Step #3: Next we squeeze the juice out of the orange and reserve, then add the tablespoon of sugar to the tea, which is already cold and stir.
✓Step #4: Once the tea with the sugar is ready, now we go to the final preparation. We add ice to the glass, then fresh orange juice, orange slice and finally add the green tea.
✓ Step#5: the drink is ready to be tasted here.

Hoy les traigo una sencilla pero increíble receta a base de té verde, flores de Jamaica mas jugo natural de naranja. Está es una bebida súper deliciosa y muy fresca en estos tiempos tan calurosos, además de conquistar nuestro paladar, nos ofrece una cantidad de beneficios para nuestra salud. Cuando combinamos estos ingredientes obtenemos una experiencia única. Su preparación es muy sencilla y rápida.
Cuando unimos estos tres ingredientes, creamos una bebida increíblemente equilibrada. El te verde aporta suavidad y profundidad; las flores de Jamaica añaden un toque floral refrescante; y el jugo de naranja ofrece una explosión cítrica vibrante. Está bebida no solo es deliciosa, sino que también es una combinación poderosa.

✓1 Naranja
✓1 sobre de té verde y flores de Jamaica
✓1 cucharada de Azúcar
✓hielo al gusto
✓media copa de agua
Ahora los invito a disfrutar del paso a paso de esta sencillo té frio👇
✓ Paso #1: Primeramente colocamos el agua a hervir en la estufa, cuando está este lista agregamos el sobre de té y lo dejamos reposar.
✓ Paso #2: Mientras el té está en reposo vamos pelando la naranja para sacar una rodajas que irá en esta deliciosa bebida fría.
✓ Paso #3: Seguidamente sacamos el zumo de la naranja y reservamos, luego agregamos la cucharada de azúcar al té, el cual ya está frio y revolvemos.
✓ Paso #4: Al tener listo el té con el azúcar, ahora vamos a su preparación final. Agregamos hielo a la copa, seguidamente el jugo de naranja fresco, la rodaja de naranja y por último agregamos el té verde.
✓ Paso#5: ya listo la bebida aquí su presentación, para ser degustada.
