When it comes to desserts, I'm always on the go. Today I bring you a cold cake made with Chantilly cream, fresh strawberries and maria crackers. This dessert is ideal for sharing family moments, from celebrating birthdays to enjoying an opportunity in company. This dessert evokes moments of happiness and freshness, as it has a smooth and creamy texture. It lends itself to these moments when we are in these heat waves, which are intolerable.

At home we are addicted to this delicious dessert, because when we combine the softness and creaminess of the Chantilly cream, then when we add the fresh strawberries and Maria cookies, you immediately feel the explosion of flavors in every bite when we combine all these ingredients mentioned above.

What I love most about this cake is that we can be very creative and use different types of fruits, syrup, which is up to each person's taste. We love it this way. I was at home relaxing and my kids said to me: Mommy, we want our favorite dessert. I immediately got the message, so I went out to the supermarket to get the ingredients and got to work, to spoil my loves. This is a super easy and simple cake to make.

Now, without further ado, let's get to know the ingredients I used for this preparation. 👇

✓ 1 liter Chantilly whipping cream
✓ 1 kilo grams of strawberries
✓1 small condensed milk (use the amount to taste)
✓ 400 grams of powdered milk
✓ 1 cup sugar for the syrup.
✓ 3 packets of Maria cookie.

Now I invite you to enjoy the step by step of this simple and frosty cold Chantilly cream cake with strawberries. 👇

✓Step #1: first add the entire contents of the Chantilly cream and start beating until you get a homogeneous mixture, add condensed milk to taste, in this case use half a container of the contents, then add the powdered milk little by little, just leave a little to soak the Maria cookies. I continued beating until I got the desired mixture and took it to the refrigerator.

✓Step #2: Once the strawberries have been previously washed, proceed to cut them into slices completely, then add one cup of sugar and one cup of strawberries to make the syrup. We put it on the fire, add the sugar and wait for it to dissolve. Add the strawberry and start stirring and let it boil and when it is almost evaporated, turn it off and let it rest.

✓Step #3: Add the already rested strawberries to the reserved strawberries, remove the cream from the refrigerator and add the contents of the fruit and start stirring thoroughly until these flavors are integrated.

✓Step #4: Add powdered milk in a cup of water, beat it, uncover the cookies and add cream in the tray in all its space and then pass the cookies through milk and begin to assemble in layers until completely covering it. Once it is ready, we refrigerate it overnight so that it will be like cookie ice cream.

Cuando se trata de postres siempre estoy manos a la obra. Hoy les traigo una torta fría a base de crema de Chantilly, fresas frescas y galletas marías. Este postre es ideal para compartir momentos en familia, desde celebrar cumpleaños hasta disfrutar una oportunidad en compañía. Este postre evoca momentos de felicidad y frescura, ya que posee una textura suave y muy cremosa. Este se presta para estos momentos en los que estamos en estas olas de calor, las cuales son intolerables.

En casa somos adictos a este delicioso postre, porque cuando combinamos la suavidad y cremosidad de la crema Chantilly, luego al agregar las fresas frescas y las galletas María, de inmediato se siente la explosión de sabores en cada bocado cuando combinamos todos estos ingredientes antes mencionado.

Lo que más me encanta de esta torta es que podemos ser muy creativos y usar diferentes tipos de frutas, sirope, el cual queda a gusto de cada persona. Nosotros la amamos así. Estaba en casa relajada y mis hijos me dijeron: mami, queremos nuestro postre favorito. De inmediato entendí el mensaje, así que salí por los ingredientes al super mercado y me puse manos a la obra, para consentir a mis amores. Esta es una torta súper fácil y sencilla de elaborar.

Ahora, sin más preámbulos, vamos a conocer los ingredientes que usé para esta preparación. 👇

✓ 1 litro de Chantilly para batir
✓ 1 kilo gramos de fresas
✓1 leche condensada pequeña ( se usa la cantidad al gusto)
✓ 400 gramos de leche en polvo
✓ 1 taza de azúcar para el sirope
✓ 3 paquetes de galleta María

Ahora los invito a disfrutar del paso a paso de esta sencilla y helada torta fría de crema de Chantilly con fresas. 👇

✓Paso #1: primeramente agregamos el contenido completo de la crema de Chantilly e iniciamos a batir hasta conseguir una mezcla homogénea, agregamos leche condensada al gusto, en este caso use medio envase del contenido, luego vamos agregando poco a poco la leche en polvo, solo deje un poco para remojar las galletas María. Seguí batiendo hasta conseguir la mezcla deseada y la llevé a la nevera.

✓Paso #2: Ya previamente lavadas las fresas, procedemos a cortarlas en rodajas completamente, luego agregamos una taza de azúcar y una de fresa para elaborar el sirope. Se llevó al fuego, se agrega el azúcar y se espera que esta se disuelva. Agregamos la fresa y empezamos a revolver y dejamos hervir y cuando esté casi evaporada, apagamos y dejamos reposar.

✓Paso #3: Agregamos las fresas ya reposadas a las fresas reservadas, sacamos la crema de la nevera y agregamos el contenido de la fruta y empezamos a revolver completamente hasta que estos sabores se integren.

✓Paso #4: Agregamos leche en polvo en una taza de agua, la batimos, destapamos las galletas y agregamos crema en la bandeja en todo su espacio y luego pasamos las galletas por leche y empezamos a armar por capas hasta cubrir completamente la misma. Al tenerla lista, la llevamos a refrigerar por toda una noche para que esta quedé como helado de galletas.

Mis amigos, esta torta helada a base de crema para batir de Chantilly y fresas es una delicia. Se las recomiendo, es muy saludable y práctica de elaborar.
