HELLO HIVERS AND VEGAN 🌱 FAMILY!!!
How are you all doing,I welcome you all to my blog once again.
Today am bringing to you a vibrant,Nourishing,and absolutely irresistible Vegan 🌱 dish that proves healthy eating and also it is very exciting and delicious 🤤.it is Packed with fiber,vitamins and Plantbased protein which my family enjoyed so much .
INGREDIENTS USED
Three packs of Noodles 🍜
Half litre of vegetable oil
Half bulb of onions
Few pieces of vegetables leaf 🍃
One tablespoon of salt
Three pieces of fresh pepper
Half piece of cucumber
Small plate of oil bean(ugba)
Five pieces of carrots 🥕
Few pieces of Green pepper
Water
PROCEDURE USED
In this procedure,I will show you all how I made this tasty Vegan Receip.
Firstly I prepared all my ingredients and set aside.
Then I washed and slice my veggies like carrots 🥕,green pepper,onions, and cucumber 🥒,set aside.
Then I put a little water in my pot and allow it to heat ,then add my noodles 🍜 and when boiled ,I seived and set aside.
Then I added my vegetable oil,when heated,I added my chopped onions 🧅,my fresh tomatoes 🍅 and my carrots 🥕,I now added my fresh pepper,green beans and my little salt and stir -Fry it very well and now added my Seived Noodles 🍜 and stir again .
And after some minutes ,my Noodles 🍜 was ready.
Then I put another pot on fire and add a little water, then add my vegetable,my chopped onions,my little salt and my oil bean (ugba) and stired very well.
Oil beans 🫘 adds richness and ultimate protein while vegetables brings vitamins and help in boosting of blood and cucumbers 🥒 gives us a refreshing balance and hydrate water on our body.
Within some seconds,my vegetable sauce with oil bean( ugba) was done.
Now my Food is ready and I now served it with fresh crunchy Cucumbers cucumbers 🥒.
This is one of the perfect way to garnish and serve our Vegan Noddles
