The weather here is constantly changing because morning, afternoon, and night are very different, but when it's hot, I try to deal with it, in my case, by wearing light clothing, meaning clothes that don't heat me up but keep me cool. I avoid wearing black because it makes the heat penetrate more than if I wear other colors.
When you have the opportunity, ice popsicles are delicious, but you have to know how to choose them because they can quench your thirst, just for the pleasure of it or to relieve the heat. Although for me the best are the lemon-flavored ones because they not only quench your thirst but also refresh you in this heat. But you have to know where to buy them because the lemon flavor has a strange, aged taste, and I don't like that. I'm careful where I buy them so they don't have that taste.
You should avoid ice popsicles that are creamy. They're delicious, but they don't have any. You'll end up thirstier, and they won't always quench your heat, that refreshment you need.
I've also done something strange: I take a breath in one way and exhale. It's a way of letting the cool air in and expelling the hot air. It works for me, although it feels strange to do it, but you feel a certain freshness. It's as if the cool air you take in is waiting for your body heat to warm it up and then exhale.
When I was younger, when it was hot, one time on a TV show called "El Chavo del 8," the main characters mentioned playing the game "Frozen Dinosaurs," which consisted of getting into a refrigerator, which is a similar game.
When I did it for the first time, I opened the refrigerator and felt the breeze cool me down, but it wasn't enough. I opened the freezer and stuck my head in. But I won't deny that it did occur to me to completely get inside the refrigerator.
On a few occasions, when I used to have an inflatable pool, I would cool off by staying in it for a while. It was a lot of fun because I even played with the water itself. Besides making a fun day, I would cool off from the heat. We also made water balloons and threw ourselves in them. It's another way to cool off.
Although I don't remember much about these last few ways I mentioned, I think it's because I barely managed to cool off in these situations. It's also important to wear a hat so the heat doesn't hit you and you stay cool.
I just remembered that once, where I went to a place that was already very hot, the way we cooled off was with fans that they used for us because we weren't used to the climate. It felt cool, but later it felt like a normal temperature for us.
In another place I visited that was very hot, there was some kind of water sprinkler in only certain areas, but it was to keep people cool; they would periodically spray a cool breeze. I liked it every time they turned it on because that coolness felt so nice, a nice sparkle of water.

Aquí el clima es un cambio constante debido que, en la mañana, tarde y noche se tiene unos climas muy distintos, pero cuando hay calor para lidiarlo en mi caso busco traer ropa ligera en el sentido de prendas que no me calienten si no me traen frescura y evito utilizar los colores negros debido a que hace que penetre más el calor que si llevo otro tipo de colores.
Cuando hay oportunidad las paleas de hielo son muy ricas, pero hay que saber escoger porque hay para quitarte la sed, solo por gusto o aliviar el calor, aunque para mí lo mejor son las de sabor limón porque no solo te quita la sed si no también te refresca con este calor, pero hay que saber a dónde comprarlo debido a luego el sabor limón tiene un extraño sabor como de añejado y eso no me gusta, tengo cuidado en donde comprar para que no tenga este sabor.
Hay que evitar las paletas que son de crema, si son ricas, pero no tienen terminaras teniendo más sed y no siempre te quitaran el calor, esa frescura que necesitas.
También he hecho una cosa rara que sería tomo aire de una forma y lo expulso, es una forma de hacer que el aire fresco que se percibe entre y expulsar el aire caliente, si me funciona, aunque me siento extraño llegar hacerlo, pero se sienta una cierta frescura, es como si ese aire fresco que tomas espera que por tu calor corporal lo caliente y después expulsarlo.
Cuando era más pequeño cuando hacia calor una vez en un programa de televisión llamado "El Chavo del 8", mencionaron los protagonistas si jugaban a los dinosaurios congelados, que consistía en meterse en un refrigerador, el cual aplique algo similar.
Cuando lo hice por primera vez abrí el refrigerador sentí como la brisa me refrescaba, pero no era suficiente, abrí el congelador y metí mi cabeza, es donde cuando por fin sentí esa frescura que necesitaba, pero me terminaron regañando porque me comentaron que me haría daño si hacia eso, pero no negare que si me vino en la mente meterme por completo adentro del refrigerador.
En algunas pocas ocasiones cuando antes tenía una piscina inflaba me refrescaba estando ahí un rato, era muy divertido porque hasta jugaba con la misma agua y aparte de volver un día divertido me refrescaba de este calor, también se hacían los globos de agua y nos lanzábamos, es otra forma de refrescarse.
Aunque no recuerdo mucho de estas últimas formas que mencione creo que se debe a que casi no llegue a refrescarme de estar formas, también es importante llevarse una gorra así te puede pegar menos el calor y se refresca uno.
Acabo de recordar que una vez donde fui a un lugar donde de por si es muy caluroso la forma de refrescarnos es mediante unos ventiladores que ponían por nosotros porque no estábamos acostumbrados al clima, se sentía fresco que después se sintió como una temperatura normal para nosotros.
En otro lugar que visite que es muy caluroso en donde solo en ciertas zonas había una especie de riego de agua, pero era para que las personas se refrescaban lanzaban cada cierto tiempo una brisa de agua fresca, el cual me gustaba cada vez que lo activaban debido a que esa frescura se sentía muy rico, una rica brilla se agua.
