Hello good morning friends of the community and hive in general I hope you are well, full of energy and health, I want to take this opportunity to share with you a refreshing Tamarind juice with Papelon, is a very rich drink, especially for these hot days, I invite you to try this delicious blend of ingredients
Ingredientes qué utilicé para mi jugo :
-Tamarindo 90 gramos
-Papelon 100 gramos
-Agua litro y medio
Ingredients I used for my juice:
-Tamarind 90 grams
-Papelon 100 grams
-Water liter and a half
A continuación los pasos a seguir para preparar nuestro jugo :
Comenzaremos primeramente agregando nuestro tamarindo a nuestro litro y medio de agua , de esta manera el tamarindo se va a ablandar y saldrán las semillas más rápido a la hora de licuar , dejamos reposar unos 15 segundos
Here are the steps to follow to prepare our juice:
We will start first adding our tamarind to our liter and a half of water, this way the tamarind will soften and the seeds will come out faster when it comes to liquefy, let stand about 15 seconds.
Luego vamos a continuar en este siguiente paso licuando nuestro tamarindo ,junto con el agua que agregamos en el paso anterior , vamos a licuar un proceso sumamente rápido , cuestión de unos 10 segundos por las semillas
Then we will continue in this next step blending our tamarind, along with the water we added in the previous step, we will blend an extremely fast process, a matter of about 10 seconds for the seeds.
A continuación vamos a proceder colando nuestro jugo de tamarindo para retirar las semillas de la misma amigos
Then we will proceed by straining our tamarind juice to remove the seeds of the same friends.
Una vez listo el jugo vamos a continuar preparando el papelón para endulzarlo y que se mezclen ambos sabores , rayamos el papelón para que se haga más rápido de disolver
Once the juice is ready we will continue preparing the paprika to sweeten it and mix both flavors, we will grate the paprika to make it dissolve faster.
Luego que se encuentre listo el jugo de tamarindo y el papelón rayado , vamos a continuar mezclando ambos ingredientes para culminar nuestro jugo
After the tamarind juice and the grated paprika are ready, we will continue mixing both ingredients to finish our juice.
Una vez listo nuestro jugo vamos a agregar hielo picadito al envase y agregamos nuestro jugo culminando nuestro delicioso jugo , de esta cantidad obtuve 3 vasos de 500 Ml cada uno , disfrute y me refresque sanamente .

Once our juice is ready we are going to add crushed ice to the container and add our juice culminating our delicious juice, of this quantity I obtained 3 glasses of 500 Ml each one, enjoy and refresh myself healthily.
