Hola amigos de @Beentrepreneur, me agrada pasar la comunidad para compartirles un post relacionado con un emprendimiento infantil al cual estoy acompañando desde mi mirada de Pnlista.
Les cuento brevemente lo que me motivó a escribir este post :
Dos jóvenes hermanos guatemaltecos que residen de Costa Rica desde hace 20 años, deciden crear un equipo de futbol para los niños de la calle. Ellos crecieron familiarizados con el mundo futbolístico.
Su padre tuvo el enfoque y coraje de crear un equipo de futbol, con la intención de que sus hijos formaran parte de un equipo, el se encargó de ser el manager y guía de esos niños que en su mayoría eran niños de la calle.
Uno de los hermanos llegó a representar a Guatemala en la selección nacional.
En nuestra primera conversación ellos alegan que aman el futbol y además se sienten comprometidos con el legado que su padre les dejó.
¿Como pudo nuestro padre?, "tratar con niños es súper complicado"
Hoy ambos hermanos se encuentran liderizando un equipo de futbol de ñiños en edad escolar,en su mayoría de bajos recursos. Lo hacen porque aman el futbol, desean lo mejor para la sociedad, quieren dejar su aporte social a la zona donde viven y por ello estan allí día a día tratando de influir positivamente en esos niños que en pocos años serán adultos.
" Antes, mientras eramos niños y nuestro rol era de jugadores del equipo pues ni sospechábamos lo complicado que era tratar con chicos cuya vida es compleja de por sí."
"Ahora que somos adultos nos damos cuenta que papá era un duro, que su sabiduría innata y amor permeó a cada ñino, sacando de ellos lo mejor posible. ¿Nuestro padre era buen comunicador? ¿que lo caracterizaba?
EL Modelaje, una herramienta clave en la comunicación.
En PNL existe una herramienta llamada modelaje, Uno de los conceptos más fascinantes dentro de la PNL es el modelado. tiene relación directa con analizar y "copiar"los pensamientos y estrategias mentales de una persona que logra resultados esperados.
Indagando con los entrenadores, me confesaron que el grito de guerra del equipo era: "en Cristo todo lo puedo", y es el mismo que implementó su padre hace más de 2 décadas.
Qué interesante conseguí este grito de guerra, donde queda presente el formato de liderazgo de Jesucristo.
A mi, me hablan de Jesús e inmediatamente lo relaciono con el verbo amar. Nos quedamos un rato revisando el concepto del amor, reflexionando acerca de la posibilidad de convertir el verbo amar en movimiento y acción dentro de la cancha de futbol.
Me llamó la atención que en nuestra primera conversación hubo de parte de ellos una gran petición: " requerimos de herramientas para comunicarnos de manera más eficiente con los chicos del equipo,ya que cada vez están más desmotivados y no sabemos ya que decirles." El amor es el atractor mayor que permite romper barreras y lograr objetivos en común
Para hacerles el cuento corto, ellos reconocieron que era una posibilidad "suavizar su actitud corporal y tono de voz" al momento de darle instrucciones.El hecho de gritarles y hablar fuerte todo el tiempo no había sido una buena estrategia comunicacional.
Con la comunicación verbal podemos persuadir y convencer a otros de nuestro mensaje, el arte de persuadir requiere de tener consciencia de la entonación de nuestras palabras.
Agradezco la apertura y humildad de estos líderes que permitieron recibir mi mirada y feedback. A través de ejercicios dieron cuenta que el tono que estaban utilizando era lineal, además de aturdirlos con el tono grave el cual más alla de impartir respeto es posible que le transmitan temor y los aleje comunicacionalmente hablando.
Después de realizar juntos varios ejercicios de entonación, estuvieron consciente del objetivo que tenían en cada entonación y por lo tanto amerita cambiar el tono.
Quedé emocionada y esperanzada de que pusieran en práctica los ejercicios comunicacionales. A los días recibí la noticia de que por fín habían ganado.
Me solicitaron unas nuevas sesiones de PNL que será el 07 de mayo de 2024, en mi segunda entrega podré comprobar como fue su experiencia en su nueva forma de comunicarse.

Hello friends of @Beentrepreneur, I am pleased to pass the community to share with you a post related to a children's entrepreneurship which I am accompanying from my view as a Pnlista.
I tell you briefly what motivated me to write this post :
Two young Guatemalan brothers who have been residing from Costa Rica for 20 years, decide to create a soccer team for street children. They grew up familiar with the world of soccer.
Their father had the focus and courage to create a soccer team, with the intention that his children would be part of a team, he was in charge of being the manager and guide of these children who were mostly street children.
One of the brothers went on to represent Guatemala on the national team.
In our first conversation they claim they love soccer and also feel committed to the legacy their father left them.
**How could our father, "dealing with kids is super complicated"?
Today both brothers are leading a soccer team of mostly low-income school-aged children. They do it because they love soccer, they want the best for society, they want to leave their social contribution to the area where they live and that is why they are there every day trying to positively influence these children who in a few years will be adults.
"Before, while we were kids and our role was as team players, we didn't even suspect how complicated it was to deal with kids whose life is complex in itself."
"Now that we are adults, we realize that Dad was a tough guy, that his innate wisdom and love permeated each child, bringing out the best in them. Was our father a good communicator? What characterized him?
Modeling, a key tool in communication.
In NLP there is a tool called modeling, one of the most fascinating concepts within NLP is modeling. It is directly related to analyzing and "copying" the thoughts and mental strategies of a person who achieves expected results.
Inquiring with the coaches, they confessed to me that the team's battle cry was: "in Christ I can do all things", and it is the same one implemented by their father more than 2 decades ago.
How interesting I got this battle cry, where the leadership format of Jesus Christ is present.
To me, they talk to me about Jesus and I immediately relate it to the verb to love. We spent some time reviewing the concept of love, reflecting on the possibility of converting the verb to love into movement and action on the soccer field.
It caught my attention that in our first conversation there was a great request from them: "we need tools to communicate more efficiently with the boys of the team, since they are increasingly unmotivated and we no longer know what to say to them". Love is the biggest attractor that can make a difference
To make a long story short, they recognized that it was a possibility to "soften your body attitude and tone of voice" when giving you instructions.Shouting at them and talking loudly all the time had not been a good communication strategy.
With verbal communication we can persuade and convince others of our message, the art of persuasion requires awareness of the intonation of our words.
I appreciate the openness and humility of these leaders who allowed to receive my look and feedback. Through exercises they realized that the tone they were using was linear, in addition to dazing them with the low tone which beyond imparting respect is likely to convey fear and alienate them communicatively speaking.
After doing several intonation exercises together, they were aware of the target they had in each intonation and therefore merited changing the tone.
I was excited and hopeful that they would put the communication exercises into practice. A few days later I received the news that they had finally won.
They asked me for new NLP sessions which will be on May 07, 2024, in my second installment I will be able to check how was their experience in their new way of communicating.
