I loved the new version you purchased, in the photos you can see that your drip system works properly, also the color of the coffee you filter looks beautiful, more if you use some coffee beans that are worth trying someday, but I'm not sure I would pay so much for some coffee beans, or maybe I would. The color of the freshly ground coffee looks special, good technique in pouring the water, you are absolutely right, if placed too hot, it can roast the ground beans and gives off the characteristic bitterness of the Coffee, I hope more history with this acquisition, greetings 🤗🥰
