Newbies Initiative
Hello everyone, Welcome to the first task of the Newbies Initiative First Edition 2023. The First task of the initiative covers the topic Setting Goals on Hive. The importance of this topic can never be overemphasized which is the reason for it being the first topic of discussion.
Yesterday was our first live meeting over which this topic was discussed. The live meeting was led by @starstrings01 who after then addressed questions asked by the newbies.
Now, let's move to the tasks the newbies have to answer for this topic:

Hola a todos, Bienvenidos a la primera tarea de la Iniciativa Newbies Primera Edición 2023. La primera tarea de la iniciativa cubre el tema Establecimiento de objetivos en Hive. Nunca se insistirá lo suficiente en la importancia de este tema, de ahí que sea el primer tema de debate.
Ayer fue nuestra primera reunión en directo en la que se debatió este tema. La reunión en vivo fue dirigida por @starstrings01 que después respondió a las preguntas formuladas por los novatos.
Ahora, pasemos a las tareas que los novatos tienen que responder para este tema:
NEWBIES TASKS
One of the reasons for setting goals is to develop a clear path, aim, and direction toward personal growth. This is why this task comes first before every other task.
Here are questions to answer to ensure you understand the topic of discussion:
What is goal setting to you?
Why do you need to set smart goals?
What are your goals as regards your Hive power, your followers, your engagement, your consistency, and any other goals as a newbie here on Hive?
Analyze the goals above, what makes them SMART GOALS?
What strategies do you want to put in place to achieve your goals?
TAREAS PARA PRINCIPIANTES
Una de las razones para fijar objetivos es desarrollar un camino, un objetivo y una dirección claros hacia el crecimiento personal. Por eso esta tarea es la primera antes que cualquier otra.

Make your thumbnail an Original photo, and try out designing a thumbnail for your post using Canva.
Your post should not be less than 500 words.
Answer all questions...
Use the tag "#nbtask1" as one of your first 5 tags.
Share your entry as a link to this post and tag your team leader.
Share your entry on Leothreads and use the tags #nbtask1 and #newbieshive.
Engage on posts and threads of other authors.
The title of your first task should be "Strategizing My Hive Goals for the Next 2 Months"
Note: The deadline for this task is April 15th.
