When it comes to food and balance diet I love keeping my diet by not eating protein or carbohydrates all through.
Although each meal has it own health benefits but combining the two together has a very big health benefits.
So today I made noodles with beans
Beans is very rich in protein while noodles is very rich in carbohydrates. Protein helps growth and development and carbohydrates is also good in healthy living.
INGREDIENTS USED
3 cups of beans
1 pack of noodles
1 medium Onion
Salt to taste
1 tablespoon of dry pepper
1/4 cup of red oil
10 stem of Scent leaf
Water.
PROCEDURE
I will explain step by step.
Beans
Step 1
I will first select my beans by removing the spoilt ones and the chaff I will now put them into my pot and cook for some minutes and wash.
Step 2
After washing I will now put in my pot and cook I will now allow my beans to be soft before I will start putting my ingredients.
Step 3
I will now put my red oil, my salt, and my pepper I will now wash and slice my onions and put them I will now stir very well.
I will also wash and slice my scent leaf and add and stir very well.
Here my beans is ready I will now move to my noodles.
Note that my ingredients was divided into two for my beans and my noodles.
Noodles
Step 1
In a clean pot I will empty my pack of noodles add water and cook.
Step 2
I will now put my noodles spicy and my remaining onions and my remaining Scent leaf.
I will stir them together
Here my noodles is ready.
Here is my result
Looking at this dish is very tempting and the taste is topnotch.
