Today I made this juice for a friend for a very quick digestion of food. Fruits has a lot of health benefits and each fruit has a particular work.
Orange is good for digestion and helps in building immune system
Pineapple also good for digestion and also gives vitamin c
While carrots gives vitamin A .
This fruits and very good to the body that is why I have to combine them so it will give exactly what I want.
INGREDIENTS USED
1/2 slice of peel Pineapple
4 piece of peel Oranges
5 Carrots .
PROCEDURE
This process is very simple
My oranges are already peel I will now remove the inner shells and cut them into pieces.
I will also cut my carrots into pieces and my pineapple into pieces I will now put them in my blender add water and blend.
After blending I will now pour them into my seive and filter them.
Here my juice is ready.
My healthy fruits juice is ready and is best serve chilled.
