Today I made a very healthy benefits drink,I thoughts it wise to share this here. So that all my friends here will learn from this my drink.
It's a drink made with herbs and it has a lot of health benefits .
Here are the things use in making the drink.
INGREDIENTS USED
4 pieces of Ginger
10 piece of Garlic
8 piece of Turmeric
1/2 cup of Gloves
15 piece of Uziza (west African pepper)
1/2 cup of uda.
PROCEDURE
Wash your garlic, ginger, turmeric, cloves,uda and Uziza.
After washing you peel ginger, turmeric and garlic.
After peeling them you put them in your grinder and grind them small.
Your cloves, uda and Uziza with be pound
If you have mortar and pistol but if you don't have you can still use your grinder.
After grinding and pounding.
You start putting them in a container.
After putting in a container you now bring hot water and add to it.

It also lower cholesterol.
GARLIC
It helps in building the immune system.
It protect us from common cold.
It helps in reducing the risk of liver injury.
UZIZA WEST AFRICAN PEPPER
It helps in weight loss.
It reduce bloating.
It rich with vitamin A and C which can help in building the immune system.
UDA NEGRO PEPPER
It helps to reduce stomach upset.
It helps to lower high blood pressure.
It helps to burn fats.
